At Gronk's size and skill, he should have finished about 1.00 per game... The beginning of the end for NE. (let's hope)

I was thinking along the same lines. There is nothing to say that if the Patriots needed or he wanted to - he could come back. Not sure if would happen but the door is open. You have nothing if you don't have your health and as already pointed out he has been through a lot in terms of injuries. He is 29, had a successful career, is a 3x SuperBowl champ and supposedly hasn't touched a penny of his Patriot's salary. So he should be in pretty good shape post NFL and if he wanted to come back - he could, but am doubting it.

Happy 3/28 everybody

Today is a reminder that the Atlanta Falcons were up 28-3 in SB51 against the New England Patriots with 3:09mins left in the 3rd quarter. They would blow the 25point lead and the Patriots would go on to win their 5th Lombardi Trophy by completing the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history

Nothing impressive. It was just because the Falcons decided to suck on purpose and Pats cheated harder. Anyone can come back from that if you have those 2 factors.

AB throwing shade at Juju on twitter for no damn reason.

Juju doesn't even retaliate, he's just disappointed that a guy he looked up to and showed respect towards is taking shots at him out of nowhere.

NSFW audio

I was taking some notes for FFB over the weekend noting a lot of the player movements (notably big-name players like AB, OBJ, Bell, etc.). This season could really shape up to be interesting. Just lots of story lines going on, and probably some good QB drama out of the draft (drafts, trades, etc). How will Brady do with all the personnel losses? Will Rodgers/GB offense return to form? Season might require lots of

64yr old man the hatred runs deep

https://www.yahoo.com/sports/chiefs-...142155916.html

A Missouri man accused of flashing a laser pointer at New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady during the AFC Championship game at Arrowhead Stadium in January has been cited.

Via the Associated Press, prosecutors on Tuesday said 64-year-old Dwyan Morgan of Lee’s Summit faces a single count of disturbing the peace, which is a municipal violation.

The charge is punishable by up to a year in jail or a fine up to $1000. Morgan is scheduled to appear in municipal court on July 17.

The Kansas City Chiefs have already banned Morgan from Arrowhead Stadium for life.

The team and the league began an investigation after William Joy, a reporter from Kansas City television station KMBC, began tweeting video clips the day after the AFC title game that showed a green laser moving on the side of Brady’s helmet, his facemask and on his jersey.

Joy and the cameraman found at least three incidents of the laser pointed at Brady.

In a worst-case scenario, lasers can cause damage to eyes, and at minimum can serve as a distraction, which is why they’ve long been banned at sporting events. Many are so small they’re easy to hide in a pants or jacket pocket.

I still am on Leveon's side. He brought a bunch of attention to himself and his album is 99.999999% likely to be straight trash, but it seems like he made it about himself vs. the FO and not himself vs. the team.

AB though... already experiencing the schadenfreude for my Raiders fan friends

Any of you guys read the drama going on in Green Bay per Rodgers and his coach before he was canned...?

There's also the talk about how the QB himself was a cancer in the room. WTF. I mean, I hate the Packers so, this is rather amusing but I'm completely stunned.

Honestly I was waiting for McCarthy to open is mouth about something going on with the Packers Org / Players... With him being let go 3/4 the way thru the season probably put a sour taste in his mouth, as it should. Could have waited til the end of the year since there really wasn't anyone on the current staff stepping up to the plate to take over. Instead they can him and now there is another ex Packer bashing the team. I am sure it wasn't all rainbows and butterflies all the time but there is never any one saying "yes, it was my fault we sucked". Let's put the blame on someone else. It's hard to say what is actually going on but with everyone's ego's there is always going to be sparks. Now, I could honestly say there is an issue with Rodgers if Cobb and Nelson come out and say there was beef... We all knew Rodgers and McCarthy butted heads and this could be a cheap shot from McCarthy towards Rodgers. Hopefully its just propels Rodgers to the Superbowl this year!

Who knows, who cares, THE BEARS STILL SUCK!!!

I think the whole thing was just sour grapes, from Greg Jennings in particular.

Apparently some new stuff came to light regarding Rodgers. Rodgers' brother cheated on his gf, who was friends with Rodgers' gf at the time. Aaron took his gf's side, while the family defended the brother. That's why they're estranged.

That said, the funniest comment I read about this whole Packers was a fake quote something like:

Personally, I think Rodgers is probably the most talented QB in the game right now...so, any superstar is going to have some ego/diva tendencies...that just goes with the territory in sports/athletics. They are treated like gods and idols...well, they're going to behave like it no matter how classy or grounded they may be. They are entitled people and brought up and encouraged/allowed to be like that.

Still...to read about the dysfunction...even if some of it may be taken with a grain of salt...is shocking. I never knew there was that much problems after all those years. And the thing is, if Rodgers was the player he was, how did MM not get run out? Isn't that like how things are in sports now? The stars runs the teams? And in this case, this is the franchise QB and face of the Packers.

Just interesting.

Secured 4 more years of watching Russell run for his life behind a consistently miserable offensive line! Yay!

Lets hope they left enough to field a team around him.

Gronk put a dent in the Lombardi Trophy.

Just caught a picture of Gronk's dent. I think he was just deflating the ball to Brady's liking.
