NFL: 2017 Season and Discussion Thead

I'm starting to think maybe Eagles fans didn't deserve this win after all
I guess I have a different perspective since I don't personally know or even see any of their fans around here. I knew they were assholes, but jeez.
I've never been so drunk that I started destroying things, not even when I was teenager

I've been beyond sh*tfaced in the past and the thought of destroying anything never crossed my mind. Nor did the people I was with.

If it's the franchise first, that could be another reason things got crazy. I can understand that aspect.
We can't have a May Day parade here without stuff getting torn up, so I guess we can't talk....

lot of kids move into philthy because it is a relatively inexpensive city to live. A lot of my friends from up north (NJ) moved there when they graduated college.... bunch of young dumb drunk kids is what you see.

I love how the whole country acts like this shit only happens in Philly. Nope (except eating horse shit), but it does get magnified when it's in Philly. People get drunk and act like assholes everywhere. Congrats to the Birds, all the hate on my town won't take that away. Oh and to the guy adamant that it was a dirty hit, learn the rules man. Cooks was a runner (not a defenseless receiver) at the point he got hit. A runner running around the field erratically and got smacked. That was 100% his fault, Jenkins definitely led with his shoulders.

What an incredible game to watch. What more could you ask for from you backup QB. Glad the defense was able to at least show up for 1 play before the end of the game. Ended up having to take yesterday off from partying after that amamzing win.

I thought it was lame and pathetic that sore loser Cam did it, and I think it's equally as pathetic that TB12 did the same. I know my QB would have crossed the field and shook hands like a man even in defeat...

Just last year, how quickly we forget... I guess you think Spygate didn't happen as well...
A valid point was brought up after Foles' trick play on 4th and 1 for the TD, they practiced this in the walk through practice before the SB. Since New England got caught paying someone to pose as a media member to video the Ram's SB walk through practice before that SB, if Spygate was no big deal, what would the outcome of that play have been if NE already knew that it was coming....

I don't think it's that big of a thing. The media is always desperate to cling onto any headlines before the offseason stagnation.
Frankly if I were in a game that big, I would probably just be civil to whoever I saw in my immediate vicinity and then go straight to the locker room.
What I found out that is weird as fuck is that Brady makes his almost pre-teen son kiss him on the lips.

In basketball you're much more visible. With football, there are tons of players and support staff and coaches, etc. around so it's hard to keep track of everybody at once
That's why I stopped watching ESPN a long time ago, they always want to find something newsworthy and once they do it'll be on loop for a week.
