Do the Pack have a chance!? Gonna be a hell of a finish if they make it. First/last time I was/will root for a Chicago win...

I lost my game by 2 points in a PPR league. I had five WRs and a TE starting and I missed the playoffs by one 20 yard pass.

Only thing good about Tom Brady is that he has a smokin' hot Wife! I always love when the announcers state that a team has a 105739875 win streak when going into the 4th with the lead. I feel like they jinx them everytime. I would have loved to see them blow that lead!

I'd rather have missed the playoffs. In our league, the bottom six teams compete in the consolation bracket for next year's draft position - the winner of the consolation bracket gets the first pick next year, second gets second, etc. Top 4 are in the money. So I get 5th or 6th overall, which gets me no money and either the 7th or 8th overall pick next year. Sigh.

OK, back to caring about real football.

It might be entirely possible only folks in Seattle like this. Has a "honey badger" feel to it.

Gruden did jinx Tucker on the first field goal saying he's never seen him miss.

These Brady stats are just mind blowing

91-0 when leading going into the 4th

100-16 at home

51-1 at home vs AFC teams. Only loss was week 16 after clinching 1st round bye. Brady played just the 1st half

7-0 at home against 1st ranked defenses

I'll definitely enjoy lapping up the delicious tears from Pats fans when he retires

A lot of those at home game wins could be attributed to radios and headsets not working

I won this past week and finished third overall in my league. Playoffs start this week so I'm playing the #2 overall team. I'm worried about David Johnson vs New Orleans playing against me.

Round one of my other league is this week. I finished third in the league overall at 9-4. For some reason it's 8 teams in the playoffs covering three weeks, which I think is stupid. I'll be pissed if I lose this week to the 6th place guy with a 6-7 record
HOWEVER, Leveon Bell completely fucked me in this league, so I did indeed lose to the 6th place guy The 1st place guy lost to the 8th place guy too

You know Brady, for his age, looks amazing on the field. There doesn't appear to be a noticeable decline like other QBs his age. Of course he had 5 games rest, but still. Announcers said he wants to play to 45 or something like that. He may get close.

I think in the Pats system Jimmy G could be the next franchise QB but I don't see Brady falling off a cliff in the next couple of years

Also Brady is psychotic. Like legit about health and fitness so who knows

I love when people say QB's need rest or have been rested... come on it's not like they are running constantly like every other player on the team! Maybe a sore arm from throwing but if you get sore from throwing 5-10 yard tosses with the occasional long ball, find yourself a desk job. Now I could see if he has 10-15 knockdowns per game that would add up but its the Patriots O-line we are talking about, they hold everyone so nobody gets to the pretty princess in his tutu!

I saw it live. At first I was kinda confused why he was dead on the ground, but then they showed the side view

Punter should have slid - he had the first down, once the white jerseys start closing it's time to hit the ground. It's not like he's Lynch. Hope he's OK.

Another cheating scandal

Report: NFL investigating Giants' potentially illegal walkie-talkie use vs. Cowboys

The New York Giants might have violated NFL rules when they used a walkie-talkie on the sideline of Sunday night’s Week 14 game against the Dallas Cowboys when their communication system broke down. The Cowboys filed a formal report — remember those key words earlier in the week? — on the matter.

After the radio transmitter in Manning’s helmet stopped working early in the fourth quarter, Giants head coach Ben McAdoo used a walkie-talkie to transmit the plays to Manning. The league is looking into the matter; NFL rules stipulate that communication between the coaches and quarterbacks must stop when there are 15 or fewer seconds on the play clock. …

Manning told the Post that there were communication problems during a brief stretch early in the game against the Cowboys, and he might accidentally have implicated the team on the matter.

I could care less but its "against the rules". I guess the main issue the league has is the Coach and QB headset communications are cut off when the play clock is under 15 seconds. With the walkie talkie they could have non stop communication about the defense formation/play calls/ information from the booth etc.

I wonder what the penalty would be? I was unaware of the 15 second cutoff rule...the same applies to the defensive player?

Probably a four game suspension for Tom Brady.

He was fumbling the ball so he couldn't slide. I linked a crappy vid but all the good ones are blocked at work.
