NFL Eagles deal with fire alarm - ESPN
The Philadelphia Eagles, in San Francisco for a 1:25 p.m. PT game against the 49ers, were awakened in the middle of the night when the fire alarm at their hotel was pulled around 2:30 a.m.
Eagles linebacker Emmanuel Acho wrote about the incident on Twitter, jokingly pinning it on a San Francisco fan trying to get an advantage for the hometown team.

Another one of Cousins' victims here...and I played against Eli.
TNF is killing me this year. I played against M Ryan and J Jones the week before.
Fortunately I still won one of my games (we play two each week) thanks to F Gore and the Dolphins D. I'm happy with that since five of my players were on their bye.

And I think the only one in that game who didn't get any sleep was Kapernick. 4th and 2 in the 3rd. The Niners try and draw the Eagles off side at about the Eagles 40. When it didn't work, instead of taking the delay of game and moving your punter back 5 yards and into more comfortable range, Kap calls a time out. I don't think I've ever seen such a bone head move in the NFL. The ONE time he's supposed to the let the clock run, he completely screws it up.
Week after week its the same story with the Niners. They waste so many time outs. Its either Kap not getting plays off in time and taking delay of games penalties or burning time outs and Harbaugh's terrible challenges. Its a wonder the Niners are still a decent team.

There was a similar rumor floating around with the Browns and Harbaugh in the off-season. I thought it was just a silly rumor at the time, but I'm starting to agree with you.

Rumblings.....
Deion Sanders: Players want Jim Harbaugh ‘out’
It’s been often said winning cures everything.
But the 49ers might need to string a few wins together to quiet chatter of internal discord. Or, if such discord is authentic, winning could help them return to their controversy free, who’s-got-it-better-than-us days.
After the 49ers’ 26-21 win over the Eagles on Sunday snapped a two-game losing streak, NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders said there’s a rift between Jim Harbaugh and his players.
“They want him out,” Sanders said. “They’re not on the same page.”
Sanders didn’t offer specifics when asked about the lack of harmony, which has been a story since early in the offseason. In March, The Chronicle’s Ann Killion reported Harbaugh’s “act has worn thin” in the locker room, particularly with some of the team’s prominent players.
“I really want to know if they’re really playing for the head coach,” Sanders said. “I got a question with that. Are you really down with your head coach, San Francisco 49ers? Because the way it looks and what I’m hearing, you’re really not down for your head coach. And that’s a problem. They really got some problems that we hear rumblings. We all know people inside locker rooms.”
Sanders and 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree reportedly share a close relationship and they have the same agent, Eugene Parker. This morning, however, Sanders said Crabtree isn’t his source. Sanders suggested he also has front-office sources.
To many that this may concern @KingCrab15 is not my source. My sources wears uniforms, suits and ties. #Truth

After Sunday’s come-from-behind win — the 49ers outscored the Eagles, 16-0, in the final 38 minutes — Harbaugh was asked if the victory would boost the team’s morale.
“It’s going to be good for morale, I would suspect,” he said. “Good for my morale. But we got to keep going.”

I think our GM is awesome. Each of our playoff losses were within one score - whether it be NFCCG or the SB. People mentioned that Harbaugh's act might get old too. In fact, it was in a previous NFL thread on AZ.
If a coach consistently takes you to the playoffs - not just the wild card game - you don't cut him loose. Unless he's a serial mass murdering pedo-necro-philiac rapist.

Can someone explain to me the medias fascination with who "high fives" who on New England? Last year it was "no one will high five Brady" this year we've had "marky mark walhberg snubs Kraft for a high five in the executive box" and "Brady snubs Garappolo".
Why are their even stories on this? Do this go on with other teams in the league? Is it big news who successfully completes a high five and with whom?
