I just need SD's D/ST to show up for a bit and I'll be good

Shady McCoy FTW...he ran over that Dallas defense.

I started out 3-0 and after today will have lost 5 in a row. My FF team sucks. I thought I was golden after Cinci D posted big #s.

Gore past Rodger Craig in SF rushing yards But they did use Craig more in the passing game.

Not to beat a dead horse but kind of funny how they won their first game with AJ Feeley.

Good game last night but Rivers did gift it to the Chiefs with the fumble in FG territory. He'll regret that for a long time.

how about those 49ers? I am surprised we are 6-1, we easily could be 4-3 (close wins against the Lions and Bengals)....maybe even 3-4 as the first game we were blowing the lead and only beat Seattle due to two TD returns.

You could easily be 7-0 if you closed out Dallas.

Amazing what a good coaching staff can do. 9ers didn't have any huge offseason acquisitions. Smith finally shows a modicum of his potential and Gore is reborn.

Funny they come here this week and Carlos Rodgers is talking a lot of shit. Saying he didn't want to be here two years ago, good riddance. Talking shit and saying that you really didn't try on the field because you weren't happy. Well Niner's didn't see much in you either and only gave you a one year contract.

I don't remember them ever saying they would never play a pre or regular season game in Toronto?

When the old man dies the kids will sell to the highest bidder, which won't be someone from Toronto. There is corporate money here yes, but no single individual I can think of that would be interested. Other thing is Buffalo is still a very viable NFL market. If the team is decent they sell out. They have a great fan base. Can't see the NFL screwing Buffalo like that. They deserve the team.

And I don't think the 1 regular season game will continue past next year when the contract ends. Its been a disaster for Rogers. They've had a hell of a time selling tickets. Mainly because they're aren't many Bills fans in Toronto and the tickets were and still are (although prices were lowered) way too expensive. But when you have to fork over 15 mill per game you have to charge a lot. Unless the Bills want way less than 15 mill per game it won't continue.

I remember the talk about this before the contract was signed, a lot of media and people in Buffalo, saying it wouldn't happen.

As you said it was $$$ that got the old man to do it. So when he's gone and a buyer wants to come in and could do it right in Toronto, I see the team leaving, no matter how good the fan base. A new owner isn't going to want a team in Buffalo and not be doing well and miss out on the money. That's why the Bills are playing there in the first place.

As for the Giants, have fun the next four weeks:

Niners -> Eagles -> Saints -> Packers.......Though I'm starting to believe the Eli hype, the next four weeks will decide if I can truly drink that Kool Aid.

First...Woot..

Second, Giants are very much a "in the groove" team. The get hot they do very interesting thing. Very unpredictable though.
