Great game and great win for the Birds last night. DJack was the bomb. With Dallas loss we control our own destiny for the division crown. GO EAGLES!

No, no consolation.

Signs that Da Bears are a badly coached team are the number of retard-penalties they take. 100+ yards in penalties...REALLY?!?

Don't forget the stellar clock/timeout management.

I think the Bengals actually did worse than that...

Oh yeah...that was beyond hideous. The throw is an incomplete and Lovie CHALLENGES the call and Cutler calls a timeout.

My response to last weeks horrible Viking's effort:

Now, if we can get Winfield back in the secondary, THAT is something we desperately need.
Our D-back's looked fresh outta high school last night and our O-line was brutal at best. Those were the two shining issues last night. I couldn't even watch the 4th quarter.
He was huge for us yesterday - though he did let 8-5 get behind him for a touchdown...

Madden Curse watch! Larry Fitzgerald leaves the game with a knee injury

He was injured trying to make a catch between two defenders

Not watching the game. I can only imagine the commentary.

"This guy, this guy can't be turning the ball over to that guy, or that guy will make this guy pay. I love how that guy intercepts this guy -- he really can pick the ball. I was having dinner with that guy and this guy and let me tell you, they're great guys."

This just makes the loss last week to the seahawks even worse. Especially since the refs really blew it in that game.

I really feel the 49ers are better than a 6-7 team..

I guess the O-line problems aren't that surprising though...a lot of young guys that haven't been playing together very long vs. your D-Line.

I'm worried about this San Diego game, and everything past that as well

Carson Palmer passed for yardage that has not been seen since the days of Da Bears' great Chad Hutchinson.

So, let's see...if I can handle this math formula. My Bears beat the Steelies who beat the Dikings who beat Bengirls who beat my bears. But, Dikings beat my Bears too.

Here's something simple that even you can understand:

The Bengals will win every game from now through the SB

The Bears will lose every game, and maybe win 3 games next year

The Bears are the suck

I am a prophet. Hear me roar

Absolutely! Me too; just look at their loses, most by 6 points or less

Minnesota: L 24 - 27; If it wasn't for that Favre TD at the last second this would have been a W

Houston: L 21 - 24; they made an amazing comeback, but just ran out of steam and time.

Indianapolis: L 14 - 18 played the Colts very well, I didn't expect this to even be close

Green Bay: L 24 - 30 were outplayed here simple as that

Seattle: L 17 - 20 No way in Hell they should have lost this game; nuff said.

Even just giving them the Minnesota and Seattle games, they'd be 8 - 5 and would be first place in the West over the Cardinals.

Looks like Holmgren might GM the Browns. I heard on ESPN Radio that he isn't one to fire first year coaches so Mangini is safe...for now.

As long as your equation = Viking's>* Then yes, your formula is correct.

Two things from last nights game -

1 - I've been saying it for a month now, but Manning is the MVP this year.
2 - That Thursday night commentary crew is terrible. No emotion, no energy, no insight. I almost started watching it on mute...

Indeed.... those games hurt the most too. So damn close, people at work were huge Brett Favre fans that one week where he pulled that throw out of his ass. Bastards
