NBA Draft

what a turn of events....memphis and boston not #1 or #2...

1. Portland
2. Seatle
3. Atlanta
4. Memphis
5. Celtics

Just imagine Portland's front line of Olden and Zach and La Marcu Aldridge....what do yall think? I think it's going a very interested draft/trade deals going on....going to be a very very interested new season next year...

we got fucked, they can keep the 5th pick...

I was hoping for a 1 & 2 combo of Boston and Seattle...

^ so you think boston will keep the pick or trade it to try and get a pretty decent veteran?

Seattle has a good situation going on for them...they just need to solve their point guard issues...

I couldn't believe when the guy took out the Celtics card at number 5. I was thinking 2 at worst...I couldn't have been more wrong. Maybe they'll take a risk and take the 7 footer out of China who idolized AI growing up.

Portland Trail Blazers are going to have a real nice team in the next few years, with Seatle not far behind. And again all the power stays in the West.

Utah
Cleveland
Detroit

LOL, I’m referring to the power conference (West or East). The only true power team in the East is the Pistons, if the championship was not setup by there conference you would only have one east team in the top five if that...it would look something like this:

Spurs
Phoenix
Dallas
Detroit
Utah
Denver
Houston
Chicago (yes, I think there a better team then Cleveland)
Cleveland
LA or Golden State (Both these teams could beat Cleveland in a seven game series)

And now that Portland will have Oden and Seattle will have Durant there may only be one or two East teams in the top 10 IMO.

oh, i was just talking about boston and memphis tanking the season to get the #1/2 picks. poetic justice.

as for you rankings, i think houston's right about there. i want to say they're better than denver, but i dunno if they're really better than chicago.

nah i didn't see it, but i wouldn't be surprised. can you imagine? anticipating the number one or two pick? everyone hyping up oden and durant, and i'm sure the front office folks were gameplanning who to take and how awesome it would be to have either one.

then they draw for the 5th pick, and it's the celtics! talk about anticlimatic.

Hibbert and Wright should of stayed in school. Portland is gonna have a front line that will keep them in a lot of games.

Hibbert is indeed staying... not sure about Wright though. I will be pissed if the Bulls pick Joakim Noah.
