Stupid trivia. I'm taking an appraiser's course and the instructor did the appraisal on Pat Riley's old Coral Gables Estates home. Apprarently before he stepped down the first time to Stan Van Gundy he was thinking of retiring and wanted to sell his house. This was pre-Shaq and he had to do the appraisal on the down low because if media got word imagine. He ended up selling it years later by the way. I think he got it for $6MM and unloaded it for $16MM.
