I personally think the Knicks are purposely tanking for a high draft pick.
Its time to renew the fire Mike Brown chants he is ruining what talent the Cavaliers have if I hadn't seen him do it to the Lakers firsthand I might have a different perspective. Mike Brown needs to get an annoucing job because coaching isn't his calling forget his years with Lebron because Lebron can make any coach look good just ask Spoelstra.

Coach Spo is a good coach. Before LeBron came, we had the best comeback season with 42 wins under Spo, when we had the worse season since wade came. I think we won 15 games the previous year. But Spo doesn't get enough credit because of Lebron. I may be bias, but to a lifelong fan of the Heat since the beginning of 88, I know when we had a crappy coach. I don't think its fair to compare him to mike brown

Your biased the year they won 15 games Dwade was hurt for more than a 1/3 of the season Shaq was traded midway or almost midway of the season. Mourning was hurt and pretty much other than Haslem the rest of the sqad were scrubs like Smush Parker, Ricky Davis and an aging Jason Williams, looking back they were lucky to have won 15 games.
The year Spo came Dwade played the whole season just that fact alone would account for the Heat winning more games they drafted Mario Chalmers a good pickup and Michael Beasley who was pretty decent. Spo didn't have to do anything special and he didn't and still hasn't because with the trio of players like Wade, James and Bosh in their primes any team would win the championship or come damn close which is exactly what they have done.

Those two seasons are like apples and oranges.

Not really here to change opinions as those are your opinions but its something different from finding facts on the internet and actually watching your team on a daily basis. Im sure if it were anything on the Lakers would you feel the same as well.

Ok, Chalmers and Beasley, like any rookie, only a good coach and good teammates can make them good. Look at teams that have teams with high draft pics and don't utilized their potential to the fullest. There are players that are drafted for the wrong team and to say that Spo didnt do anything i think is absurd imo. Also, he had no prior experience being a head coach and running a team, only being the team's video coordinator was a big plus because he watched the films more than most coaches or players do in most cases. As for the big trio, if you were a coach and were handed arguably the 3 best players in their positions, wouldn't taken if offensive if people said you didn't do anything. NY, and now Brooklyn is just supporting my facts because they spent a boat load of money but they can't find any chemistry, which that comes from the coach.

I get you that Coach Spo has flaws, Like any coach. ill accept that. There are time where im like wtf are you doing? But that can happen to any coach. Look at Pop, his decisions last year made his team lose the title.

Ok, almost a quarter into the season and my surprises/disappointments this season.
Surprises:
Portland has by far been the biggest surprise of the season with a record of 14-3. Looks like Portland is for real now.
Lakers are showing they aren't a under .500 team as of late and the players are loving all the free time and shooting while Kobe is out.
Anthony Davis's monster season(before he got hurt yesterday )
Philadelphia not being the worst team in the Eastern conference.
Boston having a better record than both NY teams.
Disappointments:
The whole Eastern Conference.
Chicago: With Derrick rose gone and injuries plaguing the team, its kinda given but i think this team would find the will to play as they have before. Joahkim Noah is having a horrible season, comparing it from last.
Knicks: As good of a start they had the beginning of last year, that seems gone. Probably because of losing of Tyson Chandler. But finding out their shooting from threes and outscoring teams scheme isn't working.
Timberwolves: With a nice starting lineup of (Rubio,Martin,Brewer,Love, and Pekovic), I would think this squad would do much better than 9-10. But they have no bench.
Nets: probably the worse this season with 80+ mil in the luxury tax and to have that type of record. I know Jason Kidd is a new coach and i think they had a leap of faith with him. But with George Karl and Lionel Hollins are still unemoplyed in the NBA, It just depends on the Russian owner how much he believes in Kidd. I kinda anticipated that Brooklyn would have problems but nothing like this. You can have all the money in the world but you can't buy chemistry. which they failed to recognize. Plus they have had alot of injuries.

^^Lakers would be much better if they had a closer (ahem, Kobe). A couple of those close games would be different, IMO. Still, the rest of the team has grit and youth.
Unfortunately, all 3 point guards are injured. Asianspec...Blake has a hyperextended shooting elbow, FYI. He's the only one healthy enough to play (Farmar and Nash are out - Farmar for 4 weeks, Nash might be back soon). But that hyperextended elbow might affect his numbers.

To be honest even if the Lakers aren't winning as much as I would like, they are freakin entertaining as hell. Swaggy P and Xavier Henry is putting up a show. Wesley Johnson performing pretty well. Farmar made me jump out of my seats a few times. Pau is much less hesitant. His post up plays are definitely more aggressive. Jordan Hill always grabbing those offensive rebounds. I can go on and on. They are very entertaining so far.

Hell...Swaggy P's interviews have pretty much made up for the comedy tour that Ron Artest was last year, but he can actually ball when needed.

Further proof that Melo is a cancer and bad news to any team.
