We just may witness two sports leagues (NFL and now NBA) have lockouts.
Greed at its finest, folks.

Police said they found Stevenson alone and that he didn’t know where he was. He does not live at the apartment complex, police said.
Officers put Stevenson through field sobriety tests and then took him into custody without incident.
“Due to being intoxicated, he was a danger to himself and others, and therefore he was placed under arrest,” Irving police spokesman John Argumaniz said.
Stevenson was released from the Irving Jail on Wednesday morning after posting $475 bail.

Yeah, I surely hope the Chicago flash mobs picks DRose as his next victim. Crash and burn his Black Gran Turismo Maserati and hang him from Millenium Park Auditorium. Better yet take his MVP Trophy and kill his mom ....

Worst player. Ever. :shakehead
I hope Chicago trades him to the LeHeat for Mike Bibby. Bibby will definitely be a huge upgrade.

Wow, I can't believe people aren't pumped for the Draft tonight.
All I can say is....as a Cleveland Cavs fan, I am SO happy the losing was not in vain.
I am happy that we have an activist owner who knows the pulse of his fans. It's like the guy is psychic (or the staff he assigns to the staff, anyway). He'll need that knowledge of what the fans think to get through the next few (hopefully less losing) seasons.
Too bad we couldn't trade Minnesota for the 2nd pick. That would have been insane.....1st, 2nd, AND 4th. INSANE!
My DVR is set!
"THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS. NONE."
Oh yeah, there had better not be a lockout! Grrrrr.....

Lakers have been trying to move Lamar Odom (6th man of the year and only next year on his contract).
However, the more interesting recent news about the Lakers is Ron Artest is officially changing his name to 'World Peace.'

Good to see Chicago getting some defensive help...as for the other guy, who knows if he'll ever play in North America.

Was kind of hoping the Celtics would draft a Center. I suppose they got a couple of decent guys who could potentially replace KG and in the long run, to go along with possible-Pierce-successor Jeff Green. But who the hell is gonna play in the middle next year?? I seriously hope they're not banking on a combo of Jermaine O'Neal and Big Baby.

Well, all bets are on a lockout by Friday.

Its readily apparent though, that the system is broken. Most teams did not make money last year. Not some, most (20+).
