Whatever. I just want this to end.
I obviously want LeBron to sign with the Bulls. But, at this point, just want this to end. The attention frenzy it has reached has gone beyond stupid.

I think Chicago is a better fit than Miami.
You forgot about Boozer & Deng in CHI. If LBJ went to Chicago, he would be the star and they would have a legit shot winning a title because of him.
In MIA, he's sharing the spotlight with Wade and Bosh and it's not really his team or his accomplishment if they win the ring.
How does staying in Cleveland make any sense other than hometown loyalty?

Yeah Chicago is better with Boozer added. But Miami's top 3 players are better than Chicago's with the possible exception of Rose being better than Bosh but that's hard to compare. Sure you can argue depth but we don't know who else Miami will have. Plus the Miami Thrice might sign for under the max to bring in more players.

Only around 11 more hours. FYI I heard on the Dan Patrick show that Jim Grey is interviewing Lebron in Greenwich, CT so neutral site. Plus they might not wait until 9:58:50 to announce his decision. Could come earlier.

^ Meh, Bosh + Wade vs. Rose + Boozer...arguable which is better.
Bosh is not that great. He's a decent player but at the end of the day, he never really did much in Toronto.
Rose...I'd say last season was pretty much all him carrying the the Bulls.

I'll save the 60 minutes for myself and do something useful and look up his attention-whoring announcement later on.

Bosh not that great? There's a reason why he was #1 big man in free agency. There's a reason that Chicago signed Boozer after Bosh agreed to go to Miami. You're leaning towards sour grapes.

But, it's more at D-Wade than Bosh. I am more or less impartial towards him and Boozer...Certainly, the latter has health issues. But, otherwise, I find them comparable.
And well, Rose...'nuff said. What a player.

Staying in Cleveland is likely also because they did have 60-win teams and are still top 4 in the East. As per the media FYI. I'm going off all the tweets and stories and radio and ESPN.

So next season's Eastern Conference Finals will be the Old Big Three vs. the Young Big Three, if the rumors today are true about LeBron going to Miami.

THANK GOD this shit is about to be over. I'm sick and tired of all the Lebron this Lebron that Lebron having his own show to say where the fuck he is going to go.
Sportscenter dedicates at least 30 minutes of each show to this fucking thing. They just show the same interview and same facts over and over 5 times in a one hour period - a little overdone? ... I think so. Goddddammmmm...

Bill Simmons of ESPN writes a nice article about this free-agency mess:
http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2...simmons/100708
And yeah, he echoes my sentiments exactly about Bosh. Again, I iterate, he's not that great. He's good. But, not that great.
And yeah...he echos why going to Miami as many sources say is not a done deal. Too many questions. 3 guys don't win titles.

Thank god I'm not the only one sick of this guy's ego trip.
Hey Durant signed a 5-year extension. Kobe signed his extension awhile back. I think I saw those 2 items whiz by on the BSPN ticker in less than 3 seconds. Restraint, Lebron....it can be a virtue.

The Raptors have signed Nuggets restricted free agent forward Linas Kleiza to a four-year, $20 million offer sheet, according to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.
Kleiza terminated contract with Greece's Olympiacos Wednesday, but Denver will have seven days to match Toronto's offer.

Even if Lebron goes to Miami that is no guarantee they win a title it takes several things to fall into place on court chemistry, no serious injuries, no personality clashes, good coaching and according to D-Wade, Spoelstra will remain the coach.
Maybe Lebron should go to Miami because he has already shown he doesn't have the mental toughness to get a championship himself . D-Wade has the mental toughness to do it so Lebron will have to rely on him.

^^True dat. A big 3, even those big 3 are no guarantees. It really depends on how they gel, how their defense is committed, and if they have the right players filling the spots other than those 3.
Still, relevant to the lakers, the heat as theoretically constructed don't have enough interior skill or size to contend with Pau, Lamar, and Odom. I still like the Celtics better as a well constructed 'team'.

Makes no sense why LeBron would go to Miami.
Again, I say: If he wants to win, Chicago. If not...well, stay in Cleveland. Or go to NYC because at least that place will market him into a God.

As per Simmons article, one of the 3 will have to become the "sidekick". Well, let's see how long Wade and LeBron are willing to go with that. Not saying it can't happen. But, I just don't see it for an entire season.
Again, who knows. If Orlando gets a nice point-guard. I'd still say they are the team to beat coming out of that conference.
