Cubs
That was a crazy game last night, we turned it on shortly before Russell's grand slam. That was crazy ish
3 HR's in a game 6
all the people in Cleveland that thought they were going to be there for the win

Well, this is how I die I guess. Heart attacked suffered in Game 7... Regardless of who wins (hope it's the Indians!), it's been a good series. I'm guessing this is going to be an insane game and the first team to make a mistake will end up losing.

Baseball is such a crazy sport because of how it can change with a pitch or a swing of a bat...BUT...if the game is tied or Cleveland has the lead by the 4th inning, it's going to be Shaw, Miller, and Allen. Period.
And Cubs chances drop. They need to find a way to solve Kluber but if Kluber continues to be Kluber, it does not matter if Chicago figures him out because a pitcher who makes his pitches will always beat a great hitter. Hendricks needs to also basically be the guy who was mistake-free against Kershaw. He's been almost that in the World Series but it was always that 1 or 2 small mistake that bit him and led to losses against Cleveland.
I am not concerned at all about Chapman. Pitching him last night to me was a no-brainer. And put it this way, in tracking Little League pitch-counts is any indication, Chapman is well within the numbers to pitch again tonight. Not sure why some of the bozos in the press made it into anything.
Anyways...
I'm restless and probably going to head home soon to go through 3-4 hours of torture/agony to see the outcome which could be more of it. Not sure how this is "entertainment".

Well, if you're going break a 108 year drought...I couldnt think of a better set up...7 games, extra innings, fans on both sides shitting themselves in nervous energy. Thats fun baseball to watch.

Well, congrats to the Cubs, you guys were the better team. I thought we might have had you when Davis hit the homer off Chapman. As a city that recently broke our own drought, all I can say is, if you're going to do it, do it in the most memorable way possible.

I'm not a die-hard baseball fan but I can certainly get into it, especially when there's an underdog involved. And you don't get much underdoggier than the Cubs.
I think that game seven will go down as one of the most memorable finishes to a World Series ever. Congratulations to the cubs!

Wow that was crazy. I'm exhausted. I thought Chapman blew it and yeah Maddon fucked up a few times. Pulling some pitchers, overusing Chapman in 6, WHO THE FUCK BUNTS WITH 2 STRIKES IN A WORLD SERIES.

I know why TIto pulled Crisp for Martinez (Coco's arm can charitably be described as weak), but I so wish it was Coco up for the last AB instead of Martinez.
