The fans are considered Detroit(ians?) right?

This should bring in alot of multi national businesses into that city...

At that section the tix are pricey so i doubt it that those fans were from the city of Detroit. Sure as a whole they're Detroit Pistons Fans.

Saw all races in that crowd... it started due to some punk ass white boy who got pwned... rich spoiled pricks.

I hate spoiled suburb white boys... I'm not racist, but that's my stance on them.

This game was crazy! I wish I would of been in the middle of the action.
I would of knocked some punks out.
Whats funny is that there were some sloppy punches thrown.

In my opinion, everyone involved (players & fans) should get arrested
and put in the same cell. This way, these idiots can duke it out behind bars
with no stopage = Ownage.

13) Should the NBA consider nearby neutral sites like Toledo, Louisville or Cincinnati for future Pistons-Pacers games?

81.8% No

18.2% Yes

I can't wait to see the re-match in Christmas day.

Seriously, the fans need to be punished... even the good ones that tried to stop it. Hey, take responsibility for the general crowd. I didn't vote for Bushie, but you don't see me throwing drinks at him.

Yea, who voted no on that?!

On Xmas, there are two games, the laker-heat and the pacer-piston...

Now, the laker-heat game is playing second card to the piston pacer game.

Dang I got Artest too on my league. He's gonna be sittin for a while. I see why Artest rushed that white boy. I bet the majority would probably do the same. He is probably going to get sued though so it probably wasn't worth it. But the funny thing is when you see that fan's face. He was laughing, laughing, and then OH SHIT!!!!!!. He got beat down by Artest and Jackson. Then it looked like an accident when that fat kid stepped on the court with the big dogs. I think he was just surprised because Artest just rushed him but missed badly and almost fell on his ass. But then O'Neal just caught his boy clean even though it was a sucker punch. Almost knocked down fat boy. Dude honestly, if I was there, I wouldn't have thrown shit at the players. That game had so many cameras the cops will find out who did what easy. Oh and that foul by Artest on Wallace worst case would've been a $2000 fine and Wallace a suspension. I don't even think it was a fine-worthy hit.

I think these will be suspended:
Pacers:
Artest
O'Neal
Jackson
Jones maybe but I was thinking he was trying to break it up even though he got attacked.
Pistons;
Wallace for his on-court beef.

1st statement: That's cool, junkdter will keep doing it... you can keep hating it

2nd: Artest foul was flagrant, but that didn't mean a fan gets to throw something at the player... the refs and the players will work things out. That spoiled suburb white boy had it coming... and then the rest of the fans by the exits get to throw things and some get to rush the floor... I don't know, maybe civility is asking too much from the fans. But, in fairness, Artest should have kept his cool.

3rd: Fans in Denver don't throw or pour beer and drinks on opponents for flagrant fouls... we boo, then make comments to the player, and cheer as our player makes the free throws. Players are well compensated, yes, but that doesn't mean that they can be treated like that... if you think entertainers should all put up with stuff like this, heck, what should stop a paparazzi from breaking into star's homes?

I'm hoping Rasheed doesn't get a suspension, he was really, REALLY trying to cool things down from the get-go. Jackson, Artest, and some need to be addressed, both by the NBA and the law, just like the fans that participated in the brawl. If a player is suspended from the NBA, why not fans?

It's gonna be interesting, since players that came off the bench during the foul are suppose to be automatically suspended for one game.

i find it funny that the only people who are blaming artest are the people from michigan...hmmm. this is the biggest bunch of BS from fans i have ever seen. are all pistons fans to blame, of course not. but the fucker that threw that water bottle and the pussy bitches that throw punches at players from behind and then run away are fucking despicable. do i care about ron artest or any indiana pacer, fuck no...but the blame does not lie with the players. i would be VERY disappointed if players are suspended and if fans are not arrested/fined/or season tickets revoked.

Thank you...

Personal responsibility... just because they're not public figures doesn't mean they don't have to be arrested/fined/sued... hey, that kid threw something at someone, that's assult.../banned from games...

FIFA has lists of fans banned from games... why not the NBA?

Fans support players, but not the ones that throw stuff at em...

I'm a professional... if someone came to my work, screamed at me (okay, I'll deal with that), then threw something at me... I'm game for layin down a beating...

HOnestly you can go back and forth for years. Sure it is wrong to retaliate regardless if at work or on the street. You should not ever attack anyone regardless of event. But human instinct and reaction will always factor in to your judgement.

Holy shit. I just noticed that more players might get suspended. Remember the old Heat/Knicks series when players left the bench during an on-court incident. That's automatic suspension right there. More heads might roll.

c'mon, no need for such a hard foul, 45 seconds left and they were up 15

i think some of u are forgetting what type of fuck up artest is, i think if it was anyone else that the fans would of reacted differently, artest just has no respect across the whole league

usually when theres a scuffle on the court the fans dont get involved but artest is just the type of person that would be attacked
