I went with Daniels, and also got Mike Sims-Walker for Wes Welker and Massaquoi. I think Welker will end up a top 5 WR this year, maybe even top 3, but I think I got the better end of the deal. The guy I traded with REALLY wanted Welker, and with Gates and Daniels, he had too much sitting on his bench.

Good move. Sims-Walker was one of my best FA pick-ups, and he's their best weapon aside from MJD

ok here is what im working with this week.

im kinda worried that AJ won't be able to play so im trying to decide if i should go with Hightower or go with my wild card and put Micheal Crabtree in. He played the whole game last week so he might find the endzone this week, but Hightower is mainly used on redzone situations. hmmmm

Just a suggestion but I'd drop Derrick Ward. He didn't do jack for me since Week 1 and he's been sitting in FA since Week 4. I think the Bucs are done for the season too.... if they're behind all game there's no chance for the running game.

I don't know about Hightower or Crabtree, Hightower lost a fumble and Beanie Wells came in and did a lot with only a few carries. I think AJ is going to be fine, though I hate how the team officials never say jack about players until the last moment. I got screwed one week because the Jags benched Sims-Walker the Saturday night before If he does start though, that is a decent matchup against the Bills.

I hope Crabtree does well though

beanie wells actually did a lot with more than a few carries. 14 or so isn't a whole lot, but i think it was at least 2x what hightower had.

at the moment, hightower may still be the starter, but i wouldn't be surprised if wells takes over by the end of the season.

from what the news is saying that Hightower is mainly to used in the redzone. so i could imagine that wells would get the yardage though. But if i have to pick i would go with Crabtree just as a hunch. he caught a few passes this week and seems like he can have a good connection with Shaun Hill.

Tom Brady's on a bye and my backup is freaking Matt Cassel who's also on a bye. So I had to pick up Matthew Stafford.

I had Shaun Hill for a bit cause Aaron Rodgers was on bye. Luckily for me, I had to start him when 49ers played the Falcons, we all remember how that game went

So glad I traded for Owen Daniels. Fucker got me two whole points before tearing his ACL.

Just about every place that has sits and starts suck. Today all networks said Berrian would play today... he did and score some points. I'm poor at WR so playing him would have been better than Kelly Washington. Though it didn't matter today, I scored 113 points and still have Brees playing tomorrow night.

oh no! You can't predict things like this though. Who knows, you could have traded for Gates and he might not have done squat or been out for the season too.

sorry but @ both. I agree, I thought of poor NetEditor, and at the same time I was like damn, Warner had a killer game in Week 7 but this week was an absolute stinker! I felt bad for whoever started him

NetEditor, i was looking at stats today and thinking of your TE situation, i suggest that you look at Spenser Havner from Green Bay. the last 2 weeks he has caught 3TD's and could help you later on.

MJD bailed me out this past weekend. F-in cutler and knox so mediocre. Daniels and Ronnie Brown did squat for me. Just got rid of Daniels and picking Scheffler off waivers.

I had some difficult decisions this week, and in our league we've got a guy who doesn't really watch football, period and this week he's starting 3 players on their bye week. I'm thinking this is gonna be an easy win, most everyone else beat him already for the same reasons

However by the 2nd quarter of the afternoon games, all of my players are in play but most of them, including Aaron Rodgers haven't done jack shit. I'm only beating the guy by 4 points! By the time it gets to the 4th quarter of the Packers game though, luckily Rodgers gets into a groove and LT scores some TDs and I've got 90 points, up by 26 points. Opponent has 1 player left to play, Michael Turner. I think I'm good.... Turner is a beast but that's a huge deficit.

I get home and I check the score and I've won by 2 points lucky me. But I'm confused and afraid something went amiss with the scoring... Rodgers got 38 points (his best all season) when statistically, TD/INT/F wise this wasn't his best week... we'll see

oh and I think Mike Sims-Walker is the new Santana Moss. One 20-point game followed by a stinker all season. How do you not do well against Tennessee?!

Well, yet again I come into Monday night with a ~15 point lead in the 'injured' league and lose . I've given up on that league anyhow. Still good things goin in my other leagues though; beat the top 2 people in one of those leagues in back to back weeks now

Dude at least set a respectable lineup. I hate seeing people with 3 players on a bye and 2 on IR just because they're losing. There is parity in our league and you can slip into the playoffs still. I was 0-3 and now I'm near the top.

Trust me I ALWAYS set up the most respectable lineup I can possibly set up. It is just that the players I play don't deliver that week. Like I said, I ALMOST won this week lol.

The eagles pass D have been on fire. They got 2 interception of Eli last week. Charger Pass defense is also doing well but not as well at Eagles. Also Charges are on a two games winning streak.

I need a high scoring games .. so would be NYG vs SD Chargers or Cowboys vs Eagles?
