BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Nov. 1, 2011) - Upon review of game tapes of the football game between the University of Arkansas and Vanderbilt University, played in Nashville, Tenn. on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, Southeastern Conference Commissioner Mike Slive has announced that Arkansas freshman Marquel Wade has been suspended for the Razorbacks’ next football game.
Arkansas hosts South Carolina this Saturday in Fayetteville.
Wade’s action was in violation of NCAA Football Rule 6-4-1 for a flagrant violation of interfering with an opportunity to catch a kick and NCAA Football Rule 9-1-3 for targeting and initiating contact with an opponent using the crown of his helmet. The play occurred at the 9:32 mark of the third quarter.
This action is taken in accordance with Southeastern Conference Constitution, Article 4.4.2 (d), which states that a student-athlete may be suspended if it is determined that the student-athlete has committed a flagrant or unsportsmanlike act.

^ Good. Maybe we can get another 10 Arky players kicked off before Saturday's game to give USCe a chance.
I'll stack our defense up against Bama, LSU, or Arky. Our problem is with the offense since Lattimore when down. We have a 12 horsepower John Deere entered in the Indy 500.

I seriously considered purchasing a 1 day pass to ESPN3 to watch the game tonight, but it starts at like 2 am here. Don't think I'll do it.
Though the final score will probably be close (14-13, hell I wouldn't rule out 6-3), I do hope that one team blows the other away so we can stop this "rematch in the title game" horseshit.

Whoever loses this game will drop no lower than 4 - 5 (depending in the K State - Ok State final).

But I will be home in time for Bowl Season.
Hoping Ohio State makes it to a New Years(ish) Day bowl. (I'd be afraid to see how they would do in the Rose Bowl though)

Boise's schedule hurts them, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Alabama land in front of them.
But I think Oklahoma St. wins out now. OU lost two major guys and I think OSU runs away.

Sure the hammered the #9 team in the country today, but the only reason South Carolina was that high was because they are in the SEC. I really would not be surprised to see SCar drop out of the top 25 before the end of the year. Without Lattimore, they are nothing.

Just looked at SCar's remaining schedule. Wow Florida (snore) Citadel (zzzzzz) and Clemson. It is amazing that this team can still win the SEC east

Don't get on that Arkansas horse yet. They barely beat two, for lack of a better term, crappy SEC teams in Vandy and Ole Miss.

I thought Bama was the better team last night as well. Doesn't matter now, though.

we have ole miss, arky, then Georgia/SC in the SEC championship.
