At first I couldn't figure out why I could see the league and my team, but I couldn't change players, etc.


Then I realized I wasn't signed in

Surprised there isn't more FF talk in the AZ007 league. This years pot was much bigger then in previous.

One more week till playoffs...

 

does it get any more exciting? tied for the fourth and final spot and am playing bent this week!

 

my team is falling off the map the last couple of weeks

 

I think I've been lucky this season... I'm 5th or 6th in terms of total points, but still clinched playoff berth.

 

I think I'm in good shape for the playoffs (Gold of Croesus). In the first round (Wk 15), I'm banking on big performances from Brady/Welker @ home vs. the Jets and Terrell Owens/M. Jones @home vs. Philly. That could be ~90 points right there.

I'm actually hoping that New England loses this weekend to Pittsburgh so they are more committed to putting up 56 points against Man-gina and the Jets. I'm also a bit nervous of the cruise factor in Wk 16 vs. Miami. Oh well, should be interesting either way.

 

I think NE's motivation will come from the fact they want to go 16-0.

I'm looking to avoid playing you because I'm scared of Brady...

 

Brady's looked human the past couple weeks and there's been a fair share of bad drops (i.e. Moss in the endzone last night, among many others) and bad calls (i.e. Moss getting offensive pass interference calls in the endzone more than a couple times the past several weeks). But I'm thinking he'll be OK in Wk 14, 15, and 16.

Hopefully Brady and Belichick have some motivation to break Peyton's 49 TD record. Or hopefully Julius Jones blows out his knee so Marion Barber can get 30 carries a game.

I don't think Chris has been on a computer for the past few months.. his roster has been the same for awhile now.

No. But next year their will be a harder stance to have money in _before_ the draft. It makes it boring when someone doesn't play and doesn't pay.

Brady, Welker, TO, and Barber = 13 points COMBINED. Average points per week for the quartet coming into W14: 75+. I did some BMW'ing (bitch, moan, and whine) last nite but what they hey ... it sucks but I've won and lost my fair share of fantasy pools on fluke weeks.

Dude, if you want to play for $50 for 3rd/4th, I'd be more than up to it (paypal). I just need something tangible ... a virtual trophy will only make me want to strike the people around me. People who care about me. People who will accept my flying fists of fury but are too weak to retaliate.

But $50 ... at least my brain can then compute that the past four+ months weren't a complete waste. Let me know.
