ill snap the pictures tommorow guy sorry the .. yes i did use the doms unit.. but i used the pioneer ND-BC2 backup camera.. everything was easy.. the camera is very very good.. exellent in the day it loost so clean.. i mean it actually looks like u got eyes on ur bumper.. lol.. at night it looks very good too.. i will have picks up tommorow . tommorows pick will b at night and ill throw some day pick on sat..

well i ordreed the dom's unit + camera anyways..... technically its 195 but if u consider that you're paying ONE shipping for two items, in the end the camera would be say 150? so in the end it can't be that bad.

THe onli problem i see is how ti mount the camera since theres no dock or anything =\ well i guess i'll see when i receive the things!

I need an explanation. This is my first post here, but I have some knowledge about modifications. I have a 2003 cl type-s and crutchfield.com says the pioneer avic unit is not compatible with my car. Does your modification make is possible to mount the avic unit in the dash? Or is there some electronic part of the bose unit that makes it impossible? I ask because I also have an rsx type-s ... also with the indash bose six cd player and crutchfield.com says the avic unit is compatible with that. I don't see the difference, with the exception of the double din face plate. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated, especially with the discounts available for the avics right now.

Yo...maybe someone asked this question already....but I'm curious. My TL came with a backup camera already...what could I do to play and watch DVDs(I may be asking this too early since its an 08 and all). Also...it would be nice to utilize the DTS/Dolby Digital Decoder it uses for the DVD-A discs...but I dont think thats possible. I doubt the head unit came with a fiber optic digital input or a spdif input. What do you guys think?

i bought your unit awhile go without the pnp is it possible to purchase just the plug, i got to lazy to do a custom install in my center console so im going to put it in the rear and it would make things alot easier if i just purchased the pnp unit.

I believe it will work but you would use a different harness for the 3G. Installation would be basically the same. Do you have Nav? I am guessing you are looking for the ability to play DVDs rather than have the BU camera b/c the 08 should have one, right?
