Hi lilasiian8
Hope all is well. Support is not an issue you can call us at 718-763-7367 Mon-Sat 8AM-5PM EST. NO Reason at ALL for the FTW!!! I have sold 100's of mods on this forum and there has never been any issues with us. So Please no FTW on our support. The switch is not bad you didn't ground the 2 white wires and the green wire. This is why video 1 works and video 2 doesn't. You can pay us via paypal to sales@tvandnav2go.com or via credit card. $215 total for PnP with shipping or $140 for non PnP with shipping. Please ask call Kim at 718-763-7367 to tell her what you paid for or what you want to order. All orders are shipped the same day. Feel free to call us at 718-763-7367. I will have Kim find the specs for the camera and will post the pictures for it sorry about that.
Thanks Dominic www.TVandNav2Go.com

In regards to purchasing via Paypal. Send a payment to sales@tvandnav2go.com and in the notes section, just put your name, number and exactly what you ordering. Then Call 718-763-7367 speak to Kim, let her know that you sent payment via paypal, and just tell her what you need. Simple as that.

I still wanna get a pic of the camera. DOM WHERE ARE YOU?! hope all is alright

Sorry for the mis-understand, when I said FTW, I meant "for the win". In other words, your customer service is great. I called and I think I talked to you earlier and everyone was helpful. I talked to Kim and my unit will arrive on Friday. Sorry for the mis-understanding. I know your product is very reliable and popular with all car forums.

DOM'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BESTEST!! ORDER ASAP BEFORE THE SPECIAL IS OVER!

(I hope that makes up for what I've done)

I received my non-PNP today and I must say the instructions are not terribly helpful. Has anybody done a DIY post on the non-PNP?

If I get the PNP harness, what will that change? My biggest problem right now is that RGB connector with a ton of wires on it. Am I able to use T-taps on the navigation wires or will I actually have to cut them?

Hi
Kim sent you the sheet for the pin numbers of the RGB and sync for your car.
Here is an exaple of what you have to do.

You will cut the RED signal wire in half
Red will go towards the LCD screen Orange towards the Nav

You will cut the GREEN signal wire in half
GREEN will go towards the LCD screen Yellow towards the Nav

You will cut the BLUE signal wire in half
Blue will go towards the LCD screen Purple towards the Nav

You will cut the SYNC signal wire in half
GRAY will go towards the LCD screen Brown towards the Nav

The 2 black wires in the DB9 are ground.

On the Mod you will ground the 2 white wires and the green.
Blue goes to the 12V on the reverse lamp.

Mod then get 12v and ground.

The PnP is easier because you just plug it into the nav and supply 12V and ground.

Feel free to call me at 718-763-7367.
Thanks Dominic www.TVandNav2Go.com

^^Glad I got the PnP. Not that this is impossible, but definitely a lot easier. I installed the OEM Nav on my car so I am sure I could figure it out, but the PnP is definitely worth the money.

Not to be a PITA, but I am really looking to see the specs on that camera. I'd love to get my backup camera installed.

Thanks Dom, that definitely clears things up. I don't know why I was so confused last night, seems fairly straightforward, although I am not that interested in cutting my navigation wires. Mainly because if anything starts to go wrong with navigation, I would want to be able to quickly revert everything to stock to diagnose the problem.

Does anybody know what kind of connector the navigation wires I would need to cut use? Is it just a 20 pin Molex?

here is the picture from his website but I would assume you need the mounting hard ware.

I would like to do this as well and would like to not have to purchase the camera seperate.

Madman, I like the one you posted above. Do you have any specs on it or even the model number/manufacturer? I think I'd like to purchase that one but I'd have to look into the specs. The price seems a little high unless it is an extremely good camera.

Hi
Kim called the manufactuer and they are going to email us full specs. Yes it is an expensive camera but it is 1 of the best around. Like everything else in this world you can get a camera for $75 or $250 both take pictures but not of the same quality. I have an Ipod interface I need a forum member to test for me. Can a member please call me and I will send it to you to test. I will need you to take pictures and post them for me. 718-763-7367
Thanks Dominic www.TVandNav2Go.com

Could you PM me the info about the camera you found from Wendy? I wanted to compare that with some other options I've found.
