Wow those are super pricey!

Was expecting it to be lower than RacingBrake's price on the website.

Front and rear good deal, front only really high!

Equates to buy rear rotors and front rotors, get the read pads free since the differnece in $225 exact cost of rear rotors!

Free shipping def helps though. IF you live in Cali, i suspect you have to pay sales tax too right?

Am I missing something... From RB homepage:
Do I have the correct PN's

(2) 2 piece front rotors: 2108-311 - $578
(2) one piece rear: 9627R-111 - $128.34 (accord coupe)
Hawk HPS - front -PD1049-11- $99.71
Hawk HPS - rear -PD537-11 - 58.17

= $864.22 plus shipping

Did I miss the boat? As a resller Marcus, your manufacturer is undercutting you unless there's something I'm missing.

I must admit, I was hoping for a bit more in a GB format.

You are wrong on this Kennedy, the 2 one piece rears are $128.34 EACH

the total would then be $992.56 plus shipping from RB if you live in CALI no sales tax from RB, Probably plus sales tax from Heeltoe about $80

Now i can't find the rear rotors for the TL on Racingbrakes website, they are not under one piece rotors anymore. That is odd, anyone see this?

There was an issue with fitment on the 99-03 TL, so they all got pulled down.

We will reevaluate the prices guys. We want to give a good price here. Give me a day or so...They must have done a price update or something. We look off now.

You are actually wrong here. Rears are about $65 each, about $130 total for a pair.

And tax is 7.75% here, so less than $8 per hundred.

And keep in mind these are HEAVY. Shipping from them from NJ to you/me is about $45, and they have a drop shipping charge. If you order from me and have them shipped to you the total cost is more than $65, which I am paying! You only pay tax. Yes, tax is more than shipping. So, move . Yeah, I don't wanna either.

Anyway, we adjusted the prices. Should be better now.

Yeah, i understand your frustration, but the point of a group buy is to get a better price from you then from them! So Kennedy is right, and you are really high compared to RacingBrake, plus now they have problems with the rear?

Also i was right with the sales tax on your total from front and rear which is almost $1000 with pads which would be $77.75.

So, if we buy from RB we pay $45 for shipping but pay $22.50 less for CA residents (since no sales tax) Plus they are $102 cheaper for front and rear pads and brakes (assuming the rears aren't screwed up) which costs us $124.50 less total including the differnece of shipping versus sales tax buying straight from the manufacturer?

Def, seems something is way off

Any manufacturer with a self respecting product won't participate in a group buy just to sell some parts. I have done them in the past out of necessity, but just to drop the price? Naw.

Did you look at the specials again? I changed a lot of the prices.

We can facilitate this deal as well. keep in mind, you will need to pay NJ tax on them though.

I am not sure if they are open on Saturday, they are on Fulton st in Booton, NJ

it is exit 45 off of 287 north, left at the stop sign, right at the stop light, straight through the next stop light, then take an immediate left past a bowling alley which in fulton st, RacingBrake will be over the tracks and up the hill and it is the first building on the right hand side. Dietrich Metal Framing is directly across from it

Cool,
Good to see this worked out.

Marcus, my order will be in within the week. I just dropped on a Nikon D40 to take pictures of the kids with, and need to let the sticker shock heal.

The wife would have a cow if I spent $1800 in a week.

Soon!

So the $519 price is NOT for the 2-piece version but rather a one-piece version similar to the Acura mfg components? Or are these 1-piece rotors of higher/different quality? Also, (and probably more importantly), do they look the same as the 2-piece units? They appear to be vented with the internal cooling fins and have the slots in them so maybe this is a way to get the "look" for a slightly lower price? If so, good idea

1 and 2 piece rotors are made from the same material and are both heat treated. They both feature the curved vane design for optimal cooling over the competition. Even the one piece is significantly better than the stock rotor, or any other rotor for that matter.

But the 2 piece have the aluminum hat which saves weight, enhances cooling, and looks BAD ASS. Both rotors are fully adequate for nearly every member here. The 2 piece have the higher bling factor. But the look has more to do with the aluminum hat rather than the cooling vanes.

Part # for acura 2108-311
part# for evo 2018-311
Dont look the same to mee, oh and my brother has an 03 evo so i would have picked up if they have the same rotors. The pads arent exactly the same either, they are thicker then the tl's pads.

So, it's approx an extra $350 for the f/r combo for us who have 6mt's? There is no option to use the 1pc's with brembos?

The 2 retainer screws on the rotor hub are only for the factory ease of assembly-
you can toss then and not worry about it- ask anyone who had to drill theirs out.
If your new rotor does not have them/ or not in right place- it doesnt matter

My gen 2 rotors bolted straight up with no surprises

The curved inner cooling vanes (patented design) along with the special alloy in the rotor is what makes these so trick. The outer slots allow for outgasing of pads during severe use and keep the pads clean and ready for use

Try a set of Hawk HP+ pads for serious drivers- they bite harder and will not damage the rotors because of quality and materials

~the other~ major seller on here has 1 piece for gen3 mt owners-
installed a set on friends car and waiting to do head to head brake test

Cant say enough about my RBs and how well they take mountain fun runs
and dont break a sweat

They had the screw but it was in a different place. Actually, they are planning on deleting that screw hole altogether. It is more trouble than it is worth. Those screws always rust and strip. I HATE them!

Any chance on just getting the 2-piece rotors only, without pads? I've already got a set of brembo pads waiting to go on, but I saw that I needed new rotors as well.
