Unfortunatly i dont have any 06 headlights yet but will be getting some soon. I spoke to rick from ricks2k.com about doing a group buy for clear reflectors for TSX. He will be getting back to me once he have any news. Rick is the same guy who use to make clear defusers for the 02-03 TL

They would look like the 03 CL headlights but without the amber turn signal, check out the pictures of the regular TL headlights converted to A-Spec ones.

 

hey JnC i asked some people if they knew how to put projectorz in a 03 tlS they reffered me 2 you....can you please send me a D.I.Y of how to do this project...i have some questions....For that TL that has projectors where are they from wut car...and if you have more pictures of this car can you please send me them.....thank you

i think you talking about retrofitting?you want to put a 3Gen projector in a 2gen TL?if you want more information on retrofitting go to http://hidplanet.com they have alot of information you can find on what you need if you are trying to put projectors in your oem headlights..i have 2 retrofit done on my 05 accord with S2K and TSX projector with color mods from members on there..

Any word from Rick about the Clear or Smoked Diffusers for the TSX? Preferably the 06? Thanks.

 

A rep from Ricks2k spoke to me the other day and he said that to get the project started he would need 20 people to prepay for the diffusers. I will be starting a thread in the TSX forum to see how many people are willing to prepay and get the diffusers. Now this does not mean that if they get the diffusers they would have to get them installed by me. You are basically buying them straight from RS2K and not me, you can choose to send them along with your headlights to get them installed though.

Details of this group buy are still with me and i need to discuss them with Robb (astroboy) before i can post the thread, so make sure you keep checking the thread for any updates.

hey JNC. im close to getting this done... do you have any access to a black chrome type paint. when i went to the dealer and looked at the type s, the headlights had what seemed to be black chrome... do you know if it is at all reflective. i want to take the amber out of my 05 tl headlights..

DRDAMIAN, i think its just black with alot of clear on it, i got pictures of the 07 type S headlights from another member and thats what they seem to me. The closest Acura dealer is 70 miles from my place so i cant swing by and check them out in person.

Looking at the TSX headlight pics, it seems like you simply removed the side marker altogether. Would it be possible to actually clear the side marker and reinstall it? From the pics, it looks as though the headlights are unfinished w/o any sort of side marker...

 

Sad news guys, i will not be offering my services any more. I recently moved and my new business needs my full attention and its not fair to you guys and my potential clients when i am late in responding to their emails/etc. I may offer the services later on but for now i have to stop doing any headlight mods due to the increased pressure i am under from the new business/move.

My past clients can still get in touch with me if they have any issues or questions regarding my product and the warranty that I offered them still stands.
