I have that same issue... I used the pads that came with the kit but the clicking (card in spokes) noise is all the time. Even when im just rolling down the road. I thought it was my tranny (had that clicking noise in my last car, had to change the clutch) so I put it in neutral and cut the engine and the noise was still there. I jacked up the front end and rotated the wheels and didn't hear the noise. I jacked up the rear and heard the noise when I spun the wheels. I pulled the caliper apart and took the pads out and spun the rotor to see if maybe it was rubbing on something but the noise went away. It definitely has to do with the pad and rotor. I didn't exactly do the bedding process but I did take it easy on the breaks for the first week (I put on about 500 miles a week on my car) and ive had these brakes on for going on 3 weeks and the noise is still there...
On the other hand, they look real nice and they stop the car which is all i really care about. Im not racing this car so I dont need anything real heavy duty. They have not rusted on me yet, I live in Minnesota and we have had some crazy weather here the last few weeks. The rotors still have a nice shine!
I JUST WANT THAT CLICKING NOISE TO GO AWAY!!!!!

The rear pads that came with the kit were too thick so I went back with the OEM pads. I did the bed process with both pads. Is it really the pads?
