To all who have the 3g TL illuminated sills: Do you have any problems with the sills like lights doesnt come on anymore or any problems?

To Supercomputers: How long does those lights usally last and is the lights/bulbs on those sills replaceable?

They last a long time. My Test Sills wich were the first set made ever in Sept 04 are on my car and still running like new, Out of all our sills out there over 170 sets now I have had maybe 3 EL panels blow out. Either from being wired incorrectly or some other reason. Within the first year they are under warranty. After that to replace a panel is 25.00 and they can be changed if one goes out. The light is done with Low voltage EL Technology.

Looks Like I have people who are still intrested so we are going to put in another order with the Maker. I need a list to Form of People who want a set. I know you say they come only in blue color but do you think it would be easy enough for me to mod it and make it white instead? Or do you think it's just too tricky and not worth it? I wish them came in white, I'm sure others are waiting for this too.

 

Sorry Rocky. No White. You can try to Mod it but it has never been attempted before. The only Color we will have is Blue there are just not enough people out there to create any other color. Blue seems to be the favorite.
