I am going to move to Phoenix close to the end of the year. I dont know how many of you actually work in the IT field, but i was like, what the hell ill just ask...

How is the IT Job market in Phoenix. I am currently working as a remote HelpDesk, and i wanted to move to something on-site. I have looked on a lot of different job sites, eg. monster, dice, jobfox, etc. and found a good number of jobs. I have done some research, but i wanted to come here and ask people that live there, how things down there are looking.
