Shops in Jax, FL

Anyone know of a good trustworthy indy shop in the Jacksonville area? I need to do my 105k this week and I am trying to see if someone can recomend me a good shop before I take it to the dealership and get ripped off

Thanks.

One of our vendors has a shop up there but it is a dealership. Maybe hit him up for a quote?

Looking for same thing in Jax area. Long time indy shop I used in the Southside area went out of business late last year. Need the timing belt service but looks like the sponsor's shop is too much of a haul for me - about 30 miles. Any other suggestions for DatDere and me?

Well, I gave up and took it to Honda at the Avenues since I don't know any mechanics I can trust 100%. It's gonna be around 800 with the tensioner.

That's a good price,IMO, from a dealer.

I've done a few, in baymeadows, but usually charge $600.

I know a guy out in university my dad used to go to high school with him. He does all the work on my car except minor stuff I do myself. He just did mine 2weeks ago I got all the parts myself and he charged like 300-400$ labor so total cost was 500-600$

Thanks Mike. I just might take it to Duval Honda like I did with my Accord. They charged me $795 with parts, no taxes.
