How did you do the seafoam just by the gas tank or direct in to the engine

 

Sounds good I need to do mine to but have to wait a few more weeks because the new paint.

 

For the Seafoam, I went through the brake booster hose. Boy, the smoke was everywhere. Can feel the difference in performance.

 

I never done it like that the last time I put one in the gas was like a year ago.

 

Oo just notice like my car hace more power in this weather when the air is not to cold. It run so smooth the air temp.
Going in to the intake is 77 and the outside ambient temp is 65 this is nice.

 

That's really good, I put seafoam in a little less than half a tank of gas every oil change.

 

I just did a little race with a vw jetta cc it wasn't fast at all.

 

That's not surprising although I did see a turbo one the other day

 

How much seafoam did you use and how long you left it in the engine

 

I used 1/3 of the Seafoam bottle. Just sip it in a little at a time, so not to stall the engine. Once it's all done turn the engine off and wait at least 10 minutes. Of course reconnect the brake booster hose. Drive it like your stole it.......

 

Very similar to the way we do an induction service at the dealer. Works great!

Need a good mech to look at my MDX for the tranny shudder, any suggestions?

 

Change the fluid and pressure switches and check your motor mounts. Until the transmission starts slipping yor fine but you need to get fresh fluid in there.

I went to the v2lab meet in Orlando if that's what your talking about.

 

I just picked up a 08 CBP TL-S. Has 37K miles. It's an auto, but that's okay. Pristine inside and out.
