No idea dude. Maybe their weekend is more eventful than ours. LOL And no one showed up. I had pho by myself. Good thing, too, because when I had looked in the visor, my face was hella red! It was like I had gotten sun burned, but from eating pho! No wonder I was sweating profusely.

I don't know. Pho always make me sweat like a pig. LOL Then again, it could be the combination of red chili in oil and/or the jalapenos they provide with the rest of the garnishments. At least I've tamed my cravings for awhile.

Sorry Ty just got back from AL didn't think I was going to stay that long but the fiance wanted to stay the night. (To go drinking with her fellow sorority sisters alumni) I will have to say I have been out of college to long because I felt old...haha.
Anyways the pics will be up in a couple days because all the shots I took are going to be done HDR style.

 

I just finished my full stereo upgrade, it took 2 weeks and was very labor intensive. I have been watching this thread for a while, and I would like to make it up to see your rides (now that mine is in one piece). I live south of Atlanta, so it is a bit of a stretch for me, but I am sure it will be well worth it. What is the next date you guys are thinking about?

 

No worries Joe. Sorority sisters are goooooooooooood! Just have your guys take lots of pics of them when they show up at the wedding. I wish I had kept in touch with some of the sorority girls I had befriended while in college. Ahhh . . . those were the days.

I can't wait to see the 2 different views for the pics that were taken.

tech14, I know what you mean about it being a journey since I used to live down there. We haven't come up with another meet date yet as some people are or will be out of town. If we do decide on something, it'll be in this thread.

Well Ty told you before me but basically most camera's are not capable of recording the entire dynaimc range of light in that exists in the real world, capturing only about 5-7stops in good quality detail. HDR's are created my taking multiple LDR shots exposed for the highlights, mid-tones and shadows seperately and then merged into a single 32-bit image which has a dynamic range up to 14-15 stops. Nearly all 32-bit images are impossible to view on a monitor or print out so you need to compress the tonal range down to 8 or 16bit by tone mapping.
HDR - High Dynamic Range, 32bit image produced by merging multiple images, then tone-mapping down to 8/16bit.
IDR - Increased Dynamic Range, produced by blending 2 or more images to extend DR
LDR - Low Dynamic Range, single shot images from any camera. (which everyone uses)

But if your confused in simple layman terms:.The ability to take a series of different exposures of the same scene and combining them in post processing so basically all the image is properly exposed.
