Without Facebook you guys will definitely be out of the local loop. It'll be worth making an account just to be apart of this Atlanta TL/TSX community. If you decide to check it out, the Facebook page is called "Atlanta TL's & TSX's". You'll have to submit a photo of your ride to be accepted but once in, you'll appreciate the cool people that are passionate about your car.

Why not make one if only to keep up with the meets and whatnot?
Once you've made your facebook () here's the link to the group.

most of the activity is on there, feel free to make an account that just has your car and a fake name. we really don't care. i can understand the lack of facebook, its a social nightmare at times, but with the page being the larger part of our organization at this point in time, it would help facilitate the education and ability to coordinate events and such. glad to see your interest in this though! I'm going to try to make an effort in cross-posting our event information for most of you to attend.

Atlanta area folks, I'm looking for a reputable shop to do an engine swap on my car. What places should I be looking at? My family has used Far East for years, but I want to have so e alternate options as well.

Look into Mahdavi Motorsports out in Lilburn.

I have heard far pros and far cons about Mahdavi, I have a few friends that have used Import experts in Winder and all of them have been happy with their results, Moni has been playing with Hondas since wayyyyy back in the 90s I think, ask around about Import experts , they will tell you

Just bought an 08 WDP w/Navi and would love to become a part of the ATL area TL family. God knows I don't have any mechanical knowledge so I can't offer much help in that respect but I have a passion for Honda/Acura's. How often are there meets in the Atlanta area? Hopefully there is a Southside group as I am closer to Macon than Atlanta.

Hey everyone. Longtime lurker here. I recently bought an 08 TL and need to make an appointment at an Acura dealership here in metro Atlanta to get a few repairs hopefully covered under warranty. My warranty expires this month.
Is there a dealership anyone here in Atlanta can recommend for their service department? Not sure if there is one that everyone goes to for warranty work etc.
Thanks for any help or direction.

Hey everyone,
I picked up a 2004 GBM 5AT TSX as a hand me down from my sister in law over the holidays. I'm stoked on it since I've always loved the car and about 5 years ago I helped a friend work on his 08. The car has 236,000 miles on it. She had a 30-mile commute to and from work for about 10 years, pretty much all highway, no accidents at all, and I know the car was properly maintained with all of it's service done. It's running great and I've already fixed and added a bunch of things on the car. I replaced the factory radio, replaced the rear electrical harness, fixed the driver's seat from sliding, did the o-ring on the power steering pump (although I think it still needs a new PSP at some point soon) and I've installed coilovers along with replacing the rest of the front suspension including the control arms and bushings (the bushings were starting to crack and dry rot and the front springs and struts were on their way out as well.) mud guards, tint, foglights, and bluetooth, along with de-badging it, I also painted the chrome grill pieces black and the front and rear "A" emblems gold. Next on the list is installing the TL- Type S rear sway bar and end-links. At some point, I'd love to get it reflashed and do a few more things to it, but right now I'm happy just scooting around in it.
