bucjoe15: i saw your TL type-S wheels on importAtlanta, do you know if they fit RL Brembo Caliper?
Is there a difference between the TL and RL Brembos?

Outside of looks, that is.

If I remember correctly the RL calipers are 2 piston while the TLs are 4, but I'm going off of memory here

Spotted a WDP TL on I16 South today around 2 or so? Looked like it had black roof, gunmetal rims, tinted tails, and an Aspec kit. Wonder if they're on here?

Awesome! Can't refuse the hot wings huh? lol And a doctor has got to replenish his body after 12+ hour shifts, right?

Let's park on the 2nd floor of the parking deck tomorrow. I'll be towards the very back by the wall so that no other cars park next to us.

18x10 Linea Corse LeMans. +30 offset

they were WAY too aggressive for a stock car.

I love the wheel, just not in that size. 18x9 would be good, but the spokes make it look like a 16 or 17. And of course, the tire was.... :|

Not bad from the side, and yea you def need a more aggressive stance to rock those guys. But good potential. Still feeling those type S wheels more though.

Guys, Ive tried everything I can think of now. I purchased and installed an Injen SRI about 4 months ago. About a day after I installed my service light came on and it info screen pops up stating to check my emission system everytime I turn on the car. I knew it had to be something with the SRI. But couldn't figure out what. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled, no help. I also pulled the MAF and reset the computer and put the MAF back in. Worked for about an hour, then, Boom. Back again. Any other ideas or should i just purchase a new MAF and try that? Or any shops anyone knows of that could look deeper into this? By the way its a 2010 TSX V6

Saucy what kind of ticket did you buy for the le mans? I was looking at 1-Day : (Sat) Includes Paddock Access or Spectator Parking Pass. With the parking pass tickets not sure if you get good view of track?

a friend of mine that has an STi has them for sale. Some one with a 6spd TL in Tampa was looking to buy them but wanted to ensure they cleared the Brembo brakes.

My only issue with the Linea Corse is the spokes make the wheel like a 16 with 2" of lip after that. I have a lead on some Rota P45f's that I need to test fit to see how they work.

First and foremost I need to figure out what the fuck is wrong with my stereo. The aftermarket amp keeps going into protection mode when the subwoofer hits. It's been fine for 5 months and all of a sudden it bugs out. Even with the gain turned all the way down, it cuts out.

Remove the sub all together, and it's fine. Plug the sub back up...nothing.

Sorry saucy, but I'm not able to help you with this one. I don't work under the hood enough to understand these error codes. Can you take it to Auto Zone and have them print out the error codes for you to see what can be determined?

Let me know how much it costs to replace a clutch. Mine is still holding great after 6+ years. *knock on wood*

I am getting the four day pass, Im camping from wed night on. If you are only coming for the 1 day dont pay to park. They have a massive field out front you can park in and walk all over the place inside the gates. No need to pay for that extra parking pass. I will try and get a pic up later of where I hope to be camping and you can swing by and say hello, maybe grab a drink.

Yea I will see if I can swing by there this evening to get the code pulled again. Maybe they will have codes for our cars now. It has been about a month since I was in there.

Upon a little searching. I have found that they have, believe it or not, a MAF cleaner spray. There are quite a few videos on youtube showing how to do this. I will say that one guy states to use a carb cleaner....dont know the difference, but wouldn't advise using a carb cleaner on anything electrical like that.
I will pick some up hopefully tonight and let you guys know how this works. I must say that this is a new MAF, so I am not sure how much this will help but will def try and plus I can do my wifes car now too. Thanks again NBP.

I wish you would have let me known. I think the one meet we were all at, I could have swore I said something about how I blew my 2 JL 10's. ONLY our 07-08 Type S and 2G RL's have a ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) System that interferes when installing an aftermarket subwoofer. Sounds like a similar issue I had.

Check out the link below on how to disconnect the ANC. I also have a DIY here on Azine on how to install a stereo in our 3G TL's but sounds like you already got past that part. I would double check your ground wire in the trunk. Did you use a LOC (Line output converter)? If you need any more help shoot me a pm. I'm out of GA, heading to TX next week but still check Azine....lol.

Big problems... need help (Sub + Noise Cancellation)

Thanks Donnie...but I did that when I did the install. It's not just the sub, it's the entire amp going into protection mode. Not sure why, but it's definitely subwoofer related. I can't recall, but I'm almost positive we didn't use a LOC. My installer just moved to Tampa, but he's ironically back in town this week and we're going to tear it apart and see what's going on.

Ok cool man. When I upgraded to a different amp I had the same issue with the protect light. If the amp still goes into protect mode when you start the car I'm guessing a simple wiring issue. If the amp no longer turns on I'd check the amp fuse and the remote wire (most members used fuse #32, ignition, located the drivers kick panel.

Are you able to control the sub's gains from the navi screen? I hope you get it all worked out. Sucks spending $$$ on your car not being able to enjoy the mods....lol.
