I started off with a Sony Cybershot back in 2004 and have progressively bought cameras that cost more and more lol. Now i'm over here plotting on a D800 which will be rather costly.
This is my list of camera purchases through the years:
Sony was a 5.1 mega pixel
Canon xTi - 10.1MP
Nikon D90 - 12.3MP
Next?? Nikon D800 - 36MP

We can stay near the airport where the ISO crew will be or at the hotel where Jeremy will be someone in north Atlanta. Supposedly Steve has reserved us a room at their hotel.

You are semi using all 12.3MP
The size you post pics at is really more like a 3MP pixel. Once we made it past 6 or 8MP the pictures you are taking come out no different really. It is all about the quality of the sensor not the MP. An 8MP camera can still produce you a 20x30in print image. So unless you are making a billboard 36MP has no gain for you. Now if you want it because it is full frame and can shoot better in lower light then it will help a lot as it is awesome for that. Just realize you will have to get rid of all your DX lenses as they only work with crop sensors on non full frame cameras.
Personally if you are not shooting professionally I see no need for full frame. Thus why I have not upgraded to one. Also the D800 will not have an Auto mode for you
If you really want to upgrade you should get the D7000 with its 16.2MP sensor.

I don't recall all what lenses you have but I know the two you got with your D90 will not be compatible. Only lenses that were made for film cameras will work. Well to be exact your lenses will work but you have to used them in a mode called crop sensor and I believe it reduces the 36MP sensor down to 12 or 16MP so it really isn't worth the huge price tag for the camera when you would be using it just like your current one. If you want to use all your current lenses then the D7000 would be the best jump or when they release the D300 replacement that would also be an upgrade you could make as it will still be a crop sensor camera as well.

Duke Gear
My uncle is turning 90 in about 10 days and we're driving up to Ohio for his birthday.
He's a HUGE Duke fan. We want to get him a light-weight 'spring' jacket/windbreaker.
Where's the best place in Charlotte to look? Dick's and some of the mall stores, of course, but do you know of any specialty stores that might be a better bet for selection and quality?
Otherwise we may need to make a run over to Durham.
Something like:
(but in Duke livery)?

No idea about around here at all but I have never even seen a jacket similar to what you posted in college gear.
Nicest jacket I could find without being a leather jacket is something like this.

And these from the actual Duke University store site. The last one appears to be closest to the jacket design you posted. Not as dressy though.

By the picture I meant to show more of a light-weight style, and not a 'basic' wind-breaker.

Your ninja smiley in post 7224 has me thinking you're going to try and pull a ninja move and debut your tsx in Atlanta. Looking forward to seeing it next weekend.

That is funny shit your talking. I have currently lost any motivation or interest to even complete the car right now actually so unless my buddy steps up and takes over which is really asking way to much cause it isn't his job who knows when it will be done.

I wish it was as simple as a difficulty with the TSX rebuild that has me bummed out but that is not it.
