Visiting Los Angeles area next week - weather question.

Hi guys, I'm planning on heading out there from Chicago next week with my kids and I saw rain in the forecast for Wednesday/Thursday - should I expect rain all hours of the day? We were out there prior to this trip and it never rained...it would be a big bummer if it rains all day as we like to be outdoors enjoying the Cali sun. Thanks for your help! Ryan

I doubt it's going to rain but I'm no weatherman lol.
They say it's going to rain all the time but most of the time it doesn't.

This week has been perfect. Not too hot, not too cold.

What part are you visiting?

Great, I think we should be good then. It sucks in Chicago when you have rain in the forecast...pretty much rains all day here.

I'm actually driving out there in my tls with my two teenagers 14 and 13 years old. I'd like to possibly move out there if I can find a job in socal. We'll probably hang out at Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood, and Orange County.

My driving route will be Chicago-->Dallas-->Vegas-->Los Angeles.

I hope you have a good road trip but you need to watch out driving thru Texas especially the police there hide in places you can't see them until its too late and catch you speeding unless of course you have a radar detector.

Thanks fellas, I finally arrived safe and sound. It was an amazing drive as well as exhausting...we had a blast. It was nice to cross the hoover dam.

We just came back from downtown Santa Monica and it was beautiful. My son enjoyed boarding (skateboarding) at the pier. We are getting ready for tomorrow.

I'm not sure how but I ended up with light surface scratches on my hood...any good detailers near los angeles area? Also, I'm thinking about lowering my car...any reputable shops out here reasonably priced I can take it to?

Damn, there was a guy in West Covina. I forgot what his name was or the shop he worked at.

Weather wasn't that great today either. I guess it's going to rain tomorrow like they say...

Norm is a great detailer, he's on the 2G CL side and the 3G TL side, n0rmal is his username I think.

I ended up going to Burbank Auto Detail and I must say excellent service. They were booked but Daniel (owner) personally took care of my car. He said the scratches probably came from my poor job of putting the painters tape on my car.

I'm in OC today and saw a lambo, didnt catch my attention too much until I saw a black type s with vanity plate PREVED1...beautiful car man. I love the blacked out emblem.
