Someone/someplace to black out headlights in LA?
Someone/someplace to black out headlights in LA?
My stock headlights are really starting to annoy me, but I don't want to send them to Jnc since I'd rather just have everything done in one day and don't wanna deal with shipping.
Does anyone know someone/someplace that can do my headlights in or near LA? I don't want anything crazy done, just a simple blackout...preferably someone with experience since I rarely ever trust someone else to touch my car, but these headlights are not something I can do on my own.
Thanks socal aziners...

^just do it yourself. You would be surprise how easy it is and you have appreciate it more knowing you did it by yourself.
I would help you if I was sticking around Cali but I am moving at the end of the week. Couple people can vouch for the work I do.

If I successfully do mines next week, I will post it up and see what you guys think. Maybe I can offer my services. There's tons of DIYs on this site. Im going to follow that. The main thing is prying off the lights and then "properly" re-sealing it. I mean, that's the only difficult part that I can think of. Patience is probably the thing you need to have to get it done properly.
here is my work on 05
Had somebody ask me to work on their headlights. So i had it for three nights.
Results.

i can vouch for Jjashaa's method...saw it with my own eyes...i was like WTF it wont work...10min later, he pulled apart the headlight with ease...LOL fux doing it in the oven, don't want all that chemicals in there. My method is using a heatgun...slightly faster than the blow dryer but if you don't pay attention, you might melt some parts
^ thanks man! haha
here's mine... stripped off silver stripe on the side.. painted NBP...
cleared out the amber and taped off the back housing portion so i can paint the sides and bottom/top.
