Want to help but I've never used ONR to wash my car. I use it as a clay lube and quick detailer.

 

burbank parking structures are pretty chill if its during the weekdays.

i have pretty much set up all so cal meets since april lol. other then acurafest that is... lets establish it here first in this thread then ill make a new thread. lets do it in september so we can give everyone ample time to get there schedules in order

 

Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays are usually good for me starting august 25th since im going back to school.

thanks man, I'm going to try that method if exceldetail thinks its ok. I'm not sure about the first step of throwing a bunch of water on the car and what I'm supposed to do with the 2 polishing towels he threw into my order if he suggested 2 ww mf's for drying and removing the wax. I also heard that sheepskin sheds on onr, so i guess I'll use the grecian sponge

 

I'm down for some meets, since down here some meets here are so spontaneous. Just wish you could move it down a bit so traveling wouldn't be such a hassle...but I know, your not trying to accommodate for people, just for those that live in the area...

Supposed to get my fender rolled, install camber kit and alignment Tuesday but I woke up too late!

change of plans on the detail. battery died so I couldn't get out of the garage

But the products arrived the mf towels and sheepskin mitt are soooo soft. hopefully those strands on the sheepskin dont spread all over my car

 

I hate those, check the elastic sleeve if it's rough. If it is make sure to keep it away from your paint.

I use a microfiber mitt that I bought from Costco, came with 3 ultra soft blue towels.

Excel threw in a free grecian sponge, so I'll test it out with the onr. experience with thsoe?

 

I use those to clean my wheels!

I've seen people use onr with the sponges, but some people say they feel insecure since it doesnt hold alot of water

we'll do it all at the parking structure roof norm and i used the other day for night shots

 

qft. a g35 spot I went to in burbank was ruined when some people decided to do burnouts on the parking structure roof.

and a couple times at new locations, cops would tell us to leave.
