Now, in the 255/40-17 tire size, the guy will sell me Falken FK-912's for $450 and Sumitomo HRTZ-2's for $400.

His prices are typically low. A friend wanted a particular tire, so he made the drive from Santa Barbara to the shop!!

In addition, few years ago when I was in the market for tires. I got quotes from the major tire chains, and stumbled across him and his prices was $$$ lower then the major tire chains.
