I test drove it and man, despite having 400 extra pounds in the car (My buddy / the salesman), this puppy flys.
6th gear @ 40mph was kind of dreadful though, lots of turbo lag.
When you get it above 2500 / 3000rpm though, it really opens up.
I talked with him and he could get it to me for about $20,000 out the door at $365 a month ..
I'll pass and get more of a down payment .. but I think I'll settle for an MS3 afterall.

I can help you install them if you'd like, I am free this saturday / sunday.
I've done several suspension installs on the TL and let me ask you a couple questions.
Coilovers, meaning do you have the top hats, springs, shocks, and hardware included in one package?
Or are you just looking to install lowering springs on the existing suspension.

Joe / any other TSX owners, is it any different than installing a TL suspension? Does the backseat need to come out?
#2294
you only have to remove the side bolsters (theres 1 10mm bolt holding it between the side of the seat and the bottom of the bolster - push down on the seat to see it) once the bolt is off just pull the bolster up and out.
i just got this advice from another tsx owner^

Sounds easy enough.
Mike, I'd be down to do the install this weekend. I could probably make the meet too...

Re: TSX suspension install
Correct! the 2 side bolster need to be removed..10mm bolt. It's fairly easy. I did my suspension install solo.. I had shock & springs

Wow, i almost just crashed my CL.... I was nailing it on these sharp turns by my house that most people only can manage 40mph on. I was going 65mph in 3rd gear and out of nowhere my rear sway bar caused too much oversteer and my rear end just gave out causing my car to start to go sideways on the wrong side of the road. I overcorrected it and then it went the other way and i was stuggling to not hit something.
I got lucky and managed to re-control it.
Lesson of the day: don't race on curvy roads at extremely high speeds with bald rear tires and your friend in the car with you.
That could have been bad if i hit the curb. Luckily, my car made it out without an accident.... im not gonna fuck around like that anymore
