when i got my windows tinted the film was fine after couple weeks later when i decided to roll the windows down and roll them up it had scratches like 3 or 4 lines on the back windows and a shit load in the front is there anything that can prevent it from happening again, if i put new film on?..............thx

some tint shops were clueless....

 

You need to install moleskin. I believe there's a DIY on this. Basically, it's just a piece of felt that goes between the window where it rubs when it goes up and down.
