Is this a good lease deal???

I am a new member to acurazine and possibly soon to be new owner of a 2012 tl (base model).

I came across this deal via the acura website and decided to go into the dealer to talk to someone. After talking to them they were able to honor this deal, but I was wondering if it's a good deal or not? Its my first time leasing a car and wanted some input.

So the deal is as follows:

$0 down
$0 security depo
$0 first month's payment
$0 due at least signing

35 month lease (first month is covered), 12k mileage/yr, Acura also has a program/incentive if you bought a car earlier in the year a $500 bonus (which ends up covering the tax, title and fees)

the monthly payments including tax is $465

looking for some input. thanks in advance

You can get a better deal. The deal on acura's website is all based on msrp.

Your lease payments are calculated on the msrp $36,600 on the base model. Negotiate a price on the TL (base or tech) and then tell them you want to lease it without any money out of pocket.

For the base, you should be able to get it for $32,500 and for the tech, around $34-35K.

Let me know if you need help. I can refer you to someone from Thomas Acura in Covina.

I just wanted to thank you again Mitch-S. I'm just trying to make some arrangements to my finances between now and next month and with a business trip coming up kinda holding me back. However, when i get back I'll PM you for assistance. Thanks again!
