God the drive back was AWFUL. Stuck in traffic for 3 and a half hours.

hey Norm and any other detailing people out there, have you ever tried Wet paint ?

People on drive @ccord keep raving about it and saying that it works wonders. it contains some kerosene though...

What are your thoughts about it?

So far I've just been alternating between meguiar's gold class plus caranuba and nxt 2.0 synthetic haha.

Waterless wash/Wax has been around for a number of years under different names. It would be a perfect product for someone who doesn't have the time to wash or wax their cars. It would also be a great product for people who live in places that actually have a winter. My old boss used it on his Lotus whenever he wanted to keep it clean during the winter months in NJ.

Would I used it personally? No. Every company out there is jumping on the waterless bandwagon , but I still come from the old school of wanting to wash the dirt off my vehicle before I wipe it down with anything. Same reason I never quik detail my car when it's a little dusty. I'd rather hose it off first.

OTC products are good as long as you keep using them. You can have $200 wax but what is the point if you don't use it often to protect your whip.
