Back Up Sensors and Gold Emblem Kit ***NEW PRICE!!! $300 SHIPPED***

Category: Accessories
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): TL 3G
Location (State/Prov/Terr): GA
Item Condition: Brand New

I am selling some new parts that I was given as a gift and decided never to install them.

Reason For Selling: I don’t have any use for them.

1. Acura Back Up Sensor, and Back Up Sensor unit: $400 shipped
AcuraOEMParts(dot)com link:

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp/srchrslts.jsp?vinnosrch=&srchwords=08V67-SEP-231&radiobutton=radiobutton&catcgry1=&inputstate=

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...y1=&inputstate=

As previously stated, i received these as a gift and never really wanted to install them. They are new. I will only sell as a pair, as you need both for it to work. I also believe that you need a navi system for these to work. Mods, members, chime in?

Pictures are below.

2. Gold Emblem Kit: $45 shipped

Link: http://acura.bernardiparts.com/Acura-Gold-Emblem-Kit-TL__08F20-SEP-200.aspx

Also received them as a gift. No scratches. Reason for selling is that the gold isnt my personal taste. Pictures are under pics of backup sensors.

Part numbers are found in the item links!

Thanks for looking!!!

Thanks!

CAUTIONARY ADVISORY

We advise all prospective buyers (or sellers) to be aware that this is either a new member or one with less than 50 posts, so please proceed accordingly and with caution.

This in no way reflects on the integrity of the buyer or seller. It is a standard notice we put in for these members buying or selling items of substantial value.

SHIPPING ADVISORY

If shipping is required, sellers are encouraged to use tracking numbers or delivery confirmation.

Buyers should request this even if it costs a few dollars more to ship. This is to protect both the seller and the buyer.

I honestly do not know the difficulty of installation. After looking at all the different connections and how many holes you would have to drill in the bumper, i would personally reccomend having a dealer install the sensors.

But if you are willing, go for it. There has gotta be someone on here who has done it and knows how to do it....

anyone who has... chime in???

It should be all the parts needed for install, not tools obviously. On the box it recommends getting an installation guide from the dealer directly, so im sure they have one. I personally do not know the difficulty of install. You would have to get with a more expereinced member, or talk to a dealer.

And if you are truly serious, I will drive to a dealer and have them check out the parts to be sure everything is the way it should be, which i am sure it is, but just for your or any others peace of mind.

Sorry, no change made. Too much of the [ and ] makes it hard to find what to change.

If you repost it without all that stuff in there, I'll move it to the first post and replace what's there and make the changes.

Do you actually manually put all that stuff in or is there some kind of program you are using that does it for you?

I put all of it in myself, typed it all in one sitting.
Do you believe that it is too stuffed with information and i should simplify?

And to clarify, on the OP, item number one (1.) instead of the old price of $400 shipped which it currently displays, I would like to change the price to $350 shipped.

On item number two (2.) instead of the old price of $45 shipped which it currently displays, I would like to change the price to $35 shipped.

If you will notice, the text appears just like it would have if you didn't do all that extra work. The only one you might have needed was for the link that's in blue so it's easier to see.

I don't need clarification. I understood what you posted, but I declined to change them because I have to search through all of that junk to find them.

Maybe next time when there's a more substantial change in price which will make it a little more worthwhile for me to do.

Any chance either one of the A's inthe kit is the same size as a 01-03 acura cl FRONT emblem?
Is there a individual part number on the A's?
Or can you measure both A's ?
Thanks,

Thanks,
I do not have the gold A's with me right now, but i ran outside and measured the stock silver A's on my 2004 TL, which should be the same size as the gold-

Front 3.85 inches vertically (just under 3 7/8 inches)

Rear 3.1 inches vertically (3 and 3/32 inches)

I know the part number for the whole kit is 08F20-SEP-200 but I dont believe they sell just the A's. I would only sell the kit as a whole also.

Just a bit of help. You don't need navigation for back up sensors.

These are also relatively simple to install. You have to put them in the bumper and power gets tapped into the reverse lights and all it does it when your bumper gets to a certain distance from another car it beeps and gets louder when you get closer. $300 is a good price.
