background: a buddy of mine works for a hat manufacturing company that makes baseball/golf caps. they often make sample caps for prospective customers (in this case, acura dealerships), which may or may not pan out. when he found out i bought my TSX at the end of '06, he decided to give me a bunch of samples lying around for free. and that's what they've done since the end of '06...lye in my closet.

these hats are all brand new and never worn. a little wrinkled from storage or being moved around. some will have tags inside the hate that say 'SAMPLE'. all hats are fully adjustable with either velcro or metal clip/strap. all hats are samples unless otherwise noted.

asking price: $12 ppd, shipped via USPS in soft jiffy pads.

1) off-white-colored hate, black stitching, front says 'acura motorsports' and the back has a silohuette of a f1 race car. adjustable strap/metal clip.



2) khaki/tan-colored hate, dark blue stitching, 'acura' name/logo on the front, weird pocket thingy on the right side that has the logo in silver with buttons. adjustable strap/metal clip, fabric is kinda textured.


3)black hat, white stitching and logo, fabric has a semi-texture to it and worn style. velcro strap on the back.


4) maroon-colored hate, A logo in white/silver, 'acura' in dark blue. adjustable strap/metal clip on the back.


5)khaki-colored hat, this is an actual 'official licensed' acura hat which a buddy of mine gave to me that came from a dealership. front has the A logo in a similar khaki stitching, back has the same A logo and says 'acura' underneath it. adjustable strap/metal clip on the back.


6)the one non-acura hat. this is a honda factory performance (HFP) hat that is in very....flamboyant. silver on the front/brim, and a matte colored/textured silver on the back. adjustable velcro strap that says 'honda' in red stitching.

 

these are nice. too bad they arent fitted

while fitted would be nice (my preference as well), that would make it nearly impossible to sell since everyone has a different hat size and taste in color/design. the seinfeld episode where jerry calls in a bomb threat to yankee stadium and demands a 'fitted-hat day' comes to mind. haha.
