^Ticket and stolen rims? - I hope it did not happen all in the same day...
And to that SUV that drove up the concrete I290 barrier, how does that even happen? 2017 Google Maps street view shows that wall as part of the recent highway construction - wonder if it was designed incorrectly?

Funny thing, I used to live near there back in the 1980s, except back then it was called the Eisenhower Expressway; now it is called the Chicago - Kansas City Expressway. Seriously? What the hell kind of a name is that?

Da fuq? This is why I only go by highway numbers...Seriously, when people use the highway's actual name, I'm lost. 90/94, 190, 290, 55, 355, 294, 80...makes more sense to me.
Chicago ticketing has been brutal for the last couple of months. As you know, the city is bankrupt and they have been harshly pursuing offenders. I myself have received around 6 tickets this year and they aren't fun. This was the first year I bought a Chicago city sticker, I've lived in Chicago city for 16 years on and off and this year was the first time I got tickets for no city sticker. That's $200 each. Also no front plate, that's $60.
A parking ticket troll has zero sympathy for the condition of a vehicle.

Lol had no idea it was changed. Use the numbers 90% of the time. Sometimes use names, usually by accident.

There's a rash of tire thefts on the Southwest side of Chicago where they're stealing wheels and leaving the cars on the cinder blocks, there's been about 12-15, just showed a map of the affected cars and a couple of pics of them on the local news
