AC Climate Control Not Working

My AC isn't functioning in my 2005 Acura TL. When I turn on the AC the compressor isn't kicking on. I ran the self diagnostic on the system and can up with the "Q" code. Can anyone shoot me in the right direction with this and let me know what this signifies? Thanks.

Q code should be unrelated to compressor not running.

Some info in the spoiler, in case if you don't have service manual :
Spoiler

Why compressor might not run, what to check :
1. System low on charge : ac will be on in car, compressor and both radiator fans are not running

2. Fan is running, compressor not : clutch/coil in compressor bad, or wire giving power to it

3. Relay, fuse. Check fuse, switch relay with different one.

If you can recharge it for low/no charge then do it (proper vacuum way, correct amount of refrigerant etc.)

You can manually jump compressors relay to test if clutch is working. Only for a second tho, as you can damage the system.

Check the fuses. Theres a couple related to that. I had a similar thing and it was just a fuse.
