Hey everyone,
So recently my interior lights started turning on everytime I would take a right turn. I was confused why this was happening until I realized my dashboard light for open door was showing my driver side door. When I open my door from the inside it has lighter tension than normal but when I open it from the outside it's fine. Also if I'm sitting in the car and push slightly very slightly my interior light turn on and shows my door is open. Anybody run into an issue like this? If so any ideas or resolution on how to fix it? Any help would be great.

 

Adjust the striker. My car is doing the same thing after it went to the body shop and there's not enough pressure on the door sensor so the car thinks the door is opening.

 

thanks! That is exactly what was wrong, the striker was loose, so I tightened it and it's fixed!
