So did some stuff! But it came at an expense. I decided to remove a collar from all of my coils. All 4. Did that on Monday. However as I was reinstalling the last one, in the rear, I cross threaded the bottom bolt which bolts into the bracket that the endlink bolts to. Fun. So I had to special order the bracket, bolt, and endlink from Acura. Waited a day. Got the call to pick em up and realized I ordered the wrong side when I tried putting it back on my car........ had to wait til the next day, ordered again, waited another day. And finally got my car back on the ground on Thursday night. I love the new height. My fender to ground is 23.5" all around. I also got another HIC rear visor.

Sweet looking ride man... I've checked out your thread and have seen the hard work that you've put into your 3G TL build. The only thing that is not quite my style is how far the rear muffler tips stick out from the car from the side view. Keep up the good work.

Thanks a lot! And it's been bothering me too haha. I've been trying to go find time to get them pushed in about 1 inch or so, so it's flush with the bumper..

This happened to me as well...I was so pissed off at myself, but it was tough to tell until the damage was already done.

Just skimmed through the entire thread. Great build. Love the Type S transformation. I especially like the lips/splitters you've added from time to time on the front and rear. Any thoughts on putting those back on with the Type S front and sides?

I literally hand threaded it halfway and it went good! Then I hit it with the impact and it got stuck hallway, OKKKK.

Thank you! I want to/don't want to put splitters. I don't know. Looks clean but front looks pretty high to me. I need to find one that fits nice on type s lip

HIN 2016 on the top, HIN 2017 on the bottom! My friend Andrea went bags... Just a little jealous.

My trophy from the show. #LoveWins He has been my biggest supporter. Always pushing me and helping me to get my car ready for show.

Got pulled over on my way to work. Front window tint and no front plate.

New front splitter and front plate put back on. Don't know how I feel about the splitter. Going to leave it for now and see how I like it in a couple weeks.

Do you think if you had one of those front plates that slide under the front the cop would have been nice and let it ride? Like, oh here officer, it's there but it's hidden?
I hate front plates.
Front splitter I dig, it visually brings the front bumper down which is necessary, kinda...since it looks high at the center point because of the way the aspec curves up.
And heck yes love wins.
Car is looking GOOD...any pics of Andrea's bags?

I actually used to have one of those brackets that slide under but when I was on Tein springs, that thing would scrape everywhere when it was hiding, I'm sure I'd just rip it off now. I told him it was in my trunk and was just off for a show. But he didn't seem to care. Here are some more pictures of her bags.

Got bored and had leftover paint so I decided to experiment. They were peeling so they look fresh now. Open to thoughts on the red or any new color suggestions?

I got rid of my wheels! Long story short. I got new tires from a different brand (same size 225/40) and they ran big, and at my height, it rubbed so much to the point where I couldn't turn my wheel on a flat surface without rubbing. So I got fed up. I traded my wheels for OEM Type S wheels and another set of TE reps with more dish, but much higher offset. Currently I am on the waffles with spacers but still debating on running or selling the reps. They're 18x9.5 +35 with 245/40 and I would just have a 3 mm front to clear the brakes and 5 mm rear to be little less sunk. I also changed my accessory belt tensioner since it was creaking so much!

Wow, it's been a minute... So turns out the waffles were bent!! Back on stocks haha. I sold em back to the guy I got em from. I also raised the front a quarter of an inch, and also got aligned and took out a couple degrees of camber from the back. I took a road trip to LA with the boyfriend, and the car did great both ways!

My friend Ceasar in San Diego. His car is crazy! Super slammed, and has a LOT of mods... Blast to drive!

New Headlights!

ZWKR lens. I love these lights! Except the fact that I can't get the passenger side to adjust. The gear just spins and nothing happens. And it's adjusted a bit high. SO.. I had to match the drivers side up with it until I have to time see what is wrong with them.

Washed my car 3 times in LA within a week... Gotta stay clean!

Mesh in Rear Lip (Finally)

Painted Grill

Painted and Reinstalled splitter with better hardware

Test fit of new wheels. 18x9 +20, clears brembos! Going to run a 215/40/18 again.

This gives me faith in the ASM TLs. Lol. Love it man. Loved the other wheels better. The shiny ones. Not sure what they're called. Hahaha. Black TL looks great too.
