So, I've been drinking a lot of pineapple juice and taking some supplements, mainly iron and some manganese pills. Eating a lot of red meat and spinach, raisins, apricots, peas, and beans. Basically maxing out my iron intake. Also, I've been making my own gelcaps filled with the smallest brad tacks I can get at the hardware store. Trying to eat 30 to 40 tacks a day. I'm up to about a gallon and a half of water a day for volume.

Pretty soon though, I think I'm gonna be ready and able to do:
