Imagine the LIE being closed for all these cars ripping it together to Citifield. Best event I've ever been to! I "whistle by" at 13:08. I learned for next year where to park,etc....

All those pics came from a random girl I met on the road in an SRT Jeep snapping pics of me with her friends. Luckily for me, she loved my car and said it was "her dream car modded like that." She text me the pics after. Like I said, it was a perfect day.

Edit: I thought the Versa you were referring to was the wrapped car behind me trying to enter Citi Field. I guess that was a scion looking better at it now .
Some cars were able to get around the cops in the vid...I saw a bunch of people pissed on the side of the road. Those Long Island people

I told myself no more mods, no more $ on this car, but now I have everyone asking to pop the hood and thought I should add some bling. Finally found the perfect to tie the car all in together. OK no more after this
I think Mr. Bell will approve

This "yankee" is well broken in to how crazy Texas weather can be. While I lived in Houston "in the loop" for 3 years, I also lived in Lubbock for 1.5 yrs! Talk about night and day weather compared to Houston (and night and day variations in temp from night to day there!)
BTW, I finally caved in and took the advice of some of you guys here. Ordered "Medium Smoked" Lamin-x headlight and fog light covers.
I also ordered Carbon Fiber front wheel well extended splash guards as well. I can't stop modding this thing....this is a problem!!!!
Oh, and my Supercharger bracket hits the corner of the Carbon Fiber engine cover and I'm going to have to dremel/grind the edge to make it work. Argggggg, hope it works out.....

I'm so jealous man! Last time I was down in Florida (Miami-SB) , I rented this for 2 days.....the infamous Justin Bieber Lambo! I have tons of pics/vids hooning around that I never posted
I still cannot get my car out of the garage due to the left over snow/frozen melted snow/ice in the driveway! BTW, I ended up getting Inspection after work that day I left you and old LEXI! I stopped at a random place in Fort Lee with a bunch of Asian Guys/Korean guys. It was so funny watching them testing emissions on my car (i.e. hooking up to the OBD2)---of course the car is tuned so not an issue. The one guy who drove it in/out the garage was laughing as he was shaking in the car at idle. He then proceeded to say the funniest thing, "big boy toy huh?" (in Asian accent)

Oh and J, your welcome to come up the turnpike any time and if you think you can do a *nice* job, I'll let you take the Vette for a spin. Just no shit tracks on my seat, though.

So I finally got a couple items last week that I ordered during the holidays (during black friday special time).
These are custom CF Front wheel extended mudflaps and bought a new CF front splitter (mine current one is banged up and it was bothering me--and the black friday special was too tempting). They get you on the $135 shipping charge for the front splitter though.
Of course I don't have a car to put them on as the fancy "Evans Water Pump" is a POS and blew on me. Now of course, ECS wants to put a Meziere's electric water pump in ($900 water pump!) argggggggggg.

Well after another 2 months at ECS, I got her back the other day, and she is meaner than ever. It was a beautiful day today and I whipped out my better camera. Installed the front wheel CF extended splash guards. They are subtle, but I like them. The CF engine cover has to be modified for the S/C and I still have to do that. The engine is now naked, and I kind of like it this way too. What do you guys think?

Never got a chance to thank you guys. I appreciate all the feedback.
Once it gets nice out, I'll shoot some pics with the S. You can see her sleeping in the garage in a couple of the pics.
Want to hopefully get some acceleration vids up when it's nice as well. The movement of the speedometer needle is quite entertaining ;-)

Wicked Vette....I love the LSx engines. A good friend had a supercharged LS / T56 in a 260Z. I helped with the swap and can't believe how well it fit (before the supercharger anyway). That car was so much fun. His wife talked him into selling it when their kid was born. Now years later he's trying to talk me into helping with a LS2 / T56 swap into a MIATA.

6:30 is some footage of the Vette from the Epic Toys for Tots event. The wide body right hand drive Supra right before me in the clip had a nasty 2-step.

Sorry I didn't see the comments, life has been overwhelming lately. BTW, my car is back at ECS--snapped the supercharger belt. As much as I love this car, I learned the lesson for anyone doubling the WHP of their stock car--everything needs to be upgraded eventually. Everything that F***ing supercharger belt runs off (the harmonic balancer, the water pump, and now the alternator) has to be upgraded. I'm also upgrading to SFK racing rear hubs as well while I'm at it to help the car stick/not wiggle as hard as it prays for traction. I have so much $$$ in this car at this point, I regret it a bit. But, she is mine and she is one mean f---ing bi*ch
I saw the "Flyin Miata" conversion awhile back on YT. The LSx is such an amazing motor for so many reasons. The pic online compared an LSx to the 5.0 Coyote flying around online tells you one of those many advantages that make these motors one of the most legendary of all time.
BTW, if you have that skill and knowledge to do the swap, that's impressive my friend.
haha....thanks for the compliment, but that was an Inferno Orange Grand Sport convertible with a similar SC set up as mine (but without a cam/built motor). Tried to talk to the owner, but he was kind of a douche, so I ignored him.
Thanks man, I appreciate it. The rear tires need more meat/side wall, that's my hopeful mod for the spring/summer. Toyo R888R's vs. Nitto NT01's both in 315/30/20's.
