Trunk Tray for RLX SH-AWD
Who installed Trunk Tray for RLX SH-AWD?
There are 2 part #'s, but picture shows identical illustration...
08U45-TY3-200 for SH-AWD RLX.
08U45-TY2-200 for regular RLX.
As you might know that SH-AWD RLX has less trunk spaces.
So, 08U45-TY3-200 is the one I should order?

Yes the 08U45-TY3-200 is the correct part number for the SH, although i would call to make sure they put the order in right.

Great! I really appreciate it.
I'm getting bunch of options(lol)
Splash Guard, Decklid Spoiler, Side Molding, Illuminated Door-Sill, Wheel-locks, and now Trunk Tray
Try to install by myself, but Door-Sill is a bit challenging for me.

I hope to have a DIY posted next weekend for the illuminated door sills. I sourced Legend door sills from Japan and will finally install them soon.

Splash Guards, Side Moldings, Wheel Locks, Trunk Tray, are all a pice of cake. Rear Wing not so much, as you need to drill holes......
Illuminated Door Sills you have to take half the car apart.....
Have fun:-)

I know, I've read the instructions. I've got a trim removal kit, though, which will make the job easier. The instructions spec this as a 1 1/2 hour job. Translated into neuronbob install time....probably six hours.
The navtool box is supposedly on its way to me, and I have to take apart the center console anyway for access. Plan is to do it all at the same time.

If you need any specific instructions during the whole job, please don't hesitate to send me a PM.
Good luck!

Bob - you are doing all this when your lease is up in 16 months? The next guy will be appreciative

Do you think I can just use forcible 3M Tape?
Then I don't need to drill holes
Hope it's strong enough...

It's for both sides, and fornt and rear.
Do you think all cables/harnesses are compatible?
If so, I might order one from Japan, since it's nearly $200 cheaper than US door sill.
Shipping should be less than $100, and since my brother lives in Japan, I can ask him to buy one

I can't see Honda using separate wire looms/connections for Legends in Japan, and RLXs in the U.S. I suspect they will work. I'll let you know for sure when I get to my install.

I would definitely not try to install that myself, you will need to be precise either using the clips or just the 3M tape.
Of course if you know what you are doing, everything works out great:-)

Neuronbob, I feel compelled to remind you that you leased your Sport Hybrid and that lease must be approaching completion...is investing that much valuable time into those mods justified?? Have you decided to be like me and keep your RLX for 10 years?? Not judging, just wondering aloud.
This stuff is fun and relaxing for me, and it keeps me out of trouble. I've torn apart the interior on my NSX twice now, and it went back together in typical flawless, easy Honda fashion and I don't expect the RLX to be any different. I meant to do the lighted sill install last fall upon receipt, but then the navtool group buy happened......and it took forever, much longer than intended....long story. My intention was to do all the install at one time.
As far as keeping the Sport Hybrid after the lease? If the dealer offers me a deal I can't resist....I could take it. It's but one option I'm considering.

I installed the side moldings and as long as you take your time and follow the instructions, it is not difficult. Just make double sure everything is aligned per the included cardboard items you need to tape in place before installing the plastic pieces. Just make sure the surface is prepared properly. You can do it! Now the deck spoiler, I would have the dealer do it, but that is me.

I also have a plan to getting chrome painted my OEM wheels, too.

If you have the Krell audio system then you need to cut a small piece off on the passenger side. I think the Krell system has an amplifier or something similar installed on that side.

Yep yep, pgeorg is 100% correct. Since I had 2014 RLX P-AWS as well, I have to trim down a bit.
No need for SH-AWD though. Just put it in there
