I should be at most of the upcoming shows. I should be there bro. Hopefully this weekend at ATB if it doesn't rain. I don't want this car getting WET! lol

I actually live in Plano myself. There's a few of us around local and a lot in ft. worth. I haven't set up any meets yet due to weather and the down season. Meets started like Renegade Friday night at Chow Asian a few weeks ago. I wanna say 7pm. We were supposed to have a big group get together last sunday(yesterday) but it was postponed due to chances of rain. There will be a meet soon. Congrats on the TSX.

There is a meet on Friday called RENEGADE at Chow Asian off the Dallas North Tollway and Parker Friday at 7pm or so. There is Import Face Off Sunday from like 9am-6pm or so down in Ennis. Really that's a few show cars, import drags, and drifting. Its a pretty cool event. My car will probably be in the show.

Does anyone here have any idea to get rid of these white spots on the floor mats? I accidently put warm pizza on the mats and didn't know that this will be the end result of it. Looks hideous if you ask me.

First off what DID you try? I would take a little alcohol to it and see if it come off. It isn't into the mat by putting a hot pizza on it. But why put a pizza on the floor? lol

Bc my seat was filled with groceries. So that's why I put it on the floor mats. Usually I do that to other cars I had and didn't encounter that problem. I went on other areas for help in the situation and they recommended simply green. Actually worked out great. It removed it completely.

My TL is in pieces at the moment. Just removed all my Accuair elevel sensors, ecu, and controller to send in for testing since I have an issue. So my car is down for a few weeks at best. So I wont be there lol My daily is nice as well but its dirty and I don't feel like cleaning it when I get off at 6pm after a 12 hr shift lol

Bluetooth questions
So does anyone here have either the GROM Bluetooth, gtacarkits, or the isimple that Best Buy carries? Which of the three would you recommend bc I'm in the market for one on my 05 TSX. I'm tired of the radio commercials and now I'm resorting to the sirus xm radio that'll end at the end of June.

No idea, I got a AUX. Ask on a more common page, or better yet look it up. There is a lot of info here. Try searching google "acurazine 2005 tsx Bluetooth" and it should point you into the right direction

I already posted on the main board but since im in the South FW area I figured id drop by. just got an 08 TL this month. fairly clean inside and out, few items here and there. had an 05 TL a number of years ago and was happy to get the 08 for my Daily from Burleson to Hurst.
See you all on the road maybe, once i get her back from the shop. took her to Dealer alternative Downtown for a bumper to bumper lookover and they caught a few items. luckily Sewell sold her to me with a 30 day 50/50 warranty so im waiting on their call this week.

Nice, I used to work for Sewell and bought my 07 TL from Sewell Infinity of Ft. Worth. Bought a warranty with it and went to Acura and had 13k in repairs done lol

Dealer Alternative found front and passenger engine mounts need replaced, the egr valve is throwing the tighten fuel cap message, and the bluetooth module is bad. It also needs compliance bushings.
Tried to swing them going 50/50 on the 105k service since it makes the engine mount work easier but they haven't responded.

Guys - former owner of a 2005 TL. It got slammed into and totaled somewhat recently while parked in front of my house. Loved that car, but in 2012 it became my backup when I purchased a 2010 Mercedes C63 AMG. Love this car also.
I have a set of engine mounts for the TL that I never installed and am willing to GIVE AWAY. I bought them from Xceler8 (something like that) Performance.
There were three stiffness choices. I bought the 'middle' alternative which is stiffer than stock but not max stiffness.
I live in the Frisco/Plano area. First come first serve to meet me somewhere near here.

So my car is for function over style. Once i get her back and review the work Sewell does to her, i was thinking of the following:
*Get the 105k service but hold off on sparks.
*Run 3000 miles of Auto-rx in the crank case and then change the sparks.
*Do the transmission fluid 3x3 and replace the pressure switches.
*Brake bleed
*Power Steering Flush & Fill (possibly change reservoir)
*Change thermostat
*Change the air filters inside and out.
Does anyone have recommendations on where to buy their fluid? i have Honda by me, but wondered if anyone had a good supplier in the metroplex that would be worth the effort? or just order online?
Any other recommendations anyone has? I hope to keep her on the road for the foreseeable future.
