Spacers for the TLX

Hey guys, first real post on here. Great forum and glad to be a part of the community

Just picked up my V6 white AWD-SH with tech this saturday after trading in my baby 370z. Man I'm going to miss her. But I had some nice spacers form H&R that made the 19's look great in the wheel well.

I did some lurking online/forums, etc and didn't find any info on spacers for the TLX. There is a brand on eBay but not sure of the quality.

Anywho, being a H&R fan, gave them a call today and said they currently don't make spacers for the TLX. Decided to call ichiba and same answer, she was nice enough to tell me perhaps within the year :/

So anybody know of any spacers for the TLX at this point? Was thinking maybe the newer accord spacers may work as I've heard of guys swapping rims between the two

Eibach has nothing either, i would stay away from Chinese ebay spacers. You dont want to play with cheap spacers or there could be a huge problem.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah definitely going to wait until a legit company comes out with tlx specific products. The tlx would look so nice with just a good 10-15mm of flushness

They make them in house to your specifications. Very high quality.

Awesome! Thanks so much! I haven't looked into this company too much. Anyone have any experience with adaptec?

Unf they don't have the tlx listed as an option choice in their drop down menu. Looks like I'll be calling them. Will keep everyone posted!!

Love this forum 😝

As long as they aren't made in China, they should be fine.

I found these spacers:
Eibach Pro-Spacer
H&R Trak+

details as Bolt Pattern 5x114.3, Center Bore/Hub Dia. 64, Spacer Width 15mm, Incl. Longer Studs, Set Of 2

My only concern is about the wheel studs. Has anyone found a way to remove them?

I'm not into doing new thread nor a DIY thread whatever.

so i got these 5mm in the front. no need to replace studs as i still got 7 turns of bolt (6.5 minimum) i guess i'm good with stock ones.

rear wheels; i removed the bearing housing with the 4 bolts at far side 17mm. there was a build up of messy crap trying to rust out. i had a hard time trying to remove em.

using a box and a vise to push out the studs as pictured. cleaned all that rust with anti-seize. i put a lot of anti-seize everywhere inside outside of spacers and all. and that blue threadlock in almost every bolts.

i havent tried it yet on the road. i hope to get good results with the AWS system

strip brake pads, disc, and all

unscrew these four 17mm bolts

rusting out from inside

rust again. no wonder why it was stuck there

use box and vise to remove studs

cleaned and anti-seize everywhere

threadlocker everywhere!!

longer studs can be removed and installed without remove the bearing housing

screw studs with washers to get them straight

anti-seize everywhere!!!

post your comments plz!!
