New Wheels!!!
New Wheels!!!
So I ordered my new wheels today! I'll be getting them put on tomorrow or Saturday...can't wait! It's been a long process. I had a hard time finding something I really liked that wouldn't break the bank.
I went with the XO Paris in machined / black; 20 x 8.5 all around; +35 offset; with some Hankook Ventus V4's in 255/35/20.
Here are some pics:

Once they're on the car I'll post some pics.

No, car is stock height and will stay that way.
I wasn't going for protection from curbs, I wanted more rubber on the road. I'm downgrading from my Michelin PS summer tires so I wanted to offset that a bit with a little wider tire.

Thanks man!

I'm really hoping my work schedule isn't too crazy today because I don't think I can stand waiting until tomorrow to get them put on.

Well I finally drove my car a bit more today and so far so good. The tires are quiet and there is no noticable difference going over bumps as compared to the lower profile, though coming from 19's with a 40 series tire it was expected.
It feels at some speeds as if one or both of the rear wheels could stand a second trip to the balancing machine. It's not consistent though...kinda weird. I'm gonna pay close attention to this as the week goes on.
All in all I'm very happy. I find myself coming to this thread a lot to check out the pics, haha. I guess that's better than walking out to the parking lot a dozen times to look at them. I'll save that for when I'm at home and the garage is much closer

I'm not a huge fan of the red tail lights. Mainly because I like the rear silver piece to break up the back a bit and it matches the stock tail light nicely. If I ever paint that rear trim CBP then I would consider the red tint.
Bronc, you don't know me but take this very seriously cause I know it is absolutely a fact...the guy across the street in the mini-van has been watching your car with very jealous intent! I'm just sayin, if it goes missing, you know where to start lookin! LOL Hey, what's the tint you put on? Darker than 35%?

The tint is 35% and it was on the car when I bought it. I plan to have it removed and put on 15% because it's too light for my taste.

is youre car lowered?
