How can i drive with only my FOG LIGHTS on and not the headlights?

How can i drive with only my FOG LIGHTS on and not the headlights?
i noticed a few cars taken pix with only the fog lights on. And i would like to ride with just mine on before it gets too dark. But it seems the only way to turn them on is with the headlights on..not even just the side markers. Can this be done? thanks

just as long as you still intend on using headlights at night.
otherwise you look like an oblivious soccer mom driving an A4 with foglights only. i want to slap those people. that and almost every driver of an 8th gen civic who doesn't realize their highbeams are on all the time. or DRL's only with no tails.
